The website and company are committing wire fraud. The company does not physically exist at this location and they are not actually selling these cars. A case has been opened with the FBI internet fraud division and two police departments. They take people's down payment and never deliver a vehicle. They also post vehicles that are at other locations across the country. It's insane they are still in business.

I went in there to see if their prices could keep up with other dealers and bigger car lots; but they proved me wrong. The big dealers can not compete with the bigger lots. Their inventory was all nice and their prices were low. I told them what I wanted and what I wanted to spend and they made it happen. They also found financing companies who beat my previous APR quote. Overall a wonderful experience, I would do it again. Anything you notice later they are more than happy to make sure you are taken care of, THEE BEST customer service.

M&M was a very good experience. I did the whole transaction from halfway across the country. I've never bought a vehicle without seeing it in person and driving it. But everything went smoothly, from financing to delivery. Very satisfied with the condition and the way it runs. I would definitely recommend going through M&M Investment Cars.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GARBAGE CAR LOT!!! This awful place will do anything possible to make it a hassle for you to get rid of their vehicle!!! My Fiancé had a vehicle through them, HE ALWAYS MADE HIS PAYMENTS ON TIME EVERY 2 WEEKS FOR THE LAST 2+ YEARS! We traded said vehicle from sole savers in, the new dealer called over and got a "payoff" for said vehicle, the next day after the vehicle was traded in (and the check was being processed by the new dealers bank) Heather (same person who gave the payoff amount to the dealer the day before) with this car lots "in house financing company" Northwest Acceptance Corporation started harassing us, threatening to reposess said car from the new dealer, and demanding a 136$ payment!!! Mind you this payment she is demanding is included in the pay off amount the dealer just paid them!!! After Heather rudely let us know, she was going to reposess the vehicle from the new dealer and my Fiancé would have a repossession on his record, she hung up on me. Reported her to the manager of said company and he was a complete joke and brushed my complaint off, and also demanded said payment or my Fiancé would have a repossession on his record!!! Needless to say we paid the stupid 136$ payment to them that day, and then informed the new dealer sole savers was threatening to reposess the vehicle. They threatened us, tried to use the scare tactic about the new loan not being funded and told us we would likely have to give our new truck back anyway (not true by the way! I still have my truck!), even Ford said this place is Garbage! They even went as far to say World Famous Autos is better then sole savers!!! That is saying something!

Twice within a month, they said a car was available to drive and then when we went to see it we were told it had been "checked out as a loaner vehicle." I honestly think they may be running some kind of bait and switch operation where they post some car at a great price and then when you get there they say it is out. Be very cautious or even better, just give your business to a different dealer.

So disappointed. What seemed like a nice buying experience quickly turned when our newly purchased family van became basically un drivable on the way home from the dealership. We had even confided in this sales team about our previous horror stories about buying cars in Portland. This experience turned out to unfortunately be no different. On the way home we discovered that the air was stuck on only the hottest setting. So it is baking hot and you can’t turn it off or else it fogs up. Is checking the AC really not on their checklist before selling a car? While at the dealership we had them lift the van to check out a clunking noise that we heard while braking. Nothing really jumped out at us non-mechanics. This issue too only worsened once we got on the interstate. We got the van into a local mechanic the next day to find out that there was a bad fuse for the air and that the control arm bushings were shot. Both things that should be caught in a general inspection. We took this information back to the dealership to see how they could help. They couldn’t. For our new $2000 bill they offered up $200 to go towards the control arms or to ship it back up to them for them to put their cheap parts on. But considering our previous Portland experience of taking a car back to a dealership and the other review that they have about difficulties getting a car back after repairs ultimately made us to decide to refuse any of their help and just let a trusted mechanic take care of it. We did buy an as-is used car, we just thought they would have more integrity and ownership about the things they clearly overlooked. We definitely feel conned by their “family- oriented, God-fearing” personas. What we thought was going to be our new GoTo dealer and recommended dealer to all of our friends and family is now just another Portland horror story.

Highly Recommended. We found the team at Gage Auto to be excellent, knowledgeable and responsive. Alex and Terrell were awesome. We bought a used car (always a challenge) but they answered all the questions and offered thoughtful advice. We knew we were buying a used care and not a new one, so we went in knowing that we were buying an "as is" car. We didn't buy the warranty service because we are from Washington State, but it is worth considering if you are a local. I am not sure why there are bad reviews. I wouldn't put much stock in them. Our experience was first rate. We got a great used car at a fair price. Kudos to all the staff at Gage!

I was so surprised by the amount of inventory that they had in stock. Some of the bigger corporate dealers don’t even have anything close to that. The prices are great and hard to beat. They do specialize in Reconstructed Auto cars but I didn’t even see where the damages were and they are upfront About it which is quite refreshing from a used auto dealer. I would recommend them.

These guys are crooks. Do not do business with these guys under any circumstance. Brody, Brent and Dave were dishonest at every opportunity. I bought a car on a Saturday with 70,000 miles on it and brought it back on Monday with transmission problems. Their mechanic Byron took a ride with me, told me it was normal because it's a "double clutch". The transmission continued to slip until it stalled out on mcandrews on Thursday and completely stalled out on Friday on hwy 62 forcing me to have to pull off the road, beyond unsafe. I immediately took it to the mechanic who said I needed a new transmission. The owner, Brody called me and told me he would make it right. Mind you, by this time i had only driven the car about 100 miles. The car spent a week in my possession and another with the mechanics. I went back to trade it as Brody said he would. He proceeded to attempt to sell another piece of junk with a airbag light on a few thousand dollars above blue book and was now offering 2000 less than i paid the week before on trade in. He told me he had to pay his people and i got the use of the car. His sad sack routine of he isn't making any money off either deal was incredibly insulting. He already ripped me off and fully intended to screw me further. VERY DISHONEST CROOKS AND LIARS. DO NOT GO HERE, GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

I put 1 star because they don't have a negative rating. My review is short. I am a recent widow. Saved every penny of $1700, which wasn't easy. Had a friend drive me 6 hours to this place to buy an older car I could afford. They assured me it was a good running car and would get me home and in fine condition. They lied. After I put headlights and all fluids in car it made it an hour. Dropped transmission and drained battery all at once and I was stranded on MAJOR interstate in a very dangerous situation at dark. I called them and they told me me I bought a $1700 car. Nothing they would do. Finally got to a hotel and it took my months check (fixed income) to get home. Sorry bunch and criminal place. They straight up lied to me and knew it when they did it. THIEVES!!!!!!!

The car was nice but Vic the dealer was a shyster. He has a photocopy of a 7 year old title that was signed by a seller but no buyer, and expected us to believe that he would mail the original to us and that's all we needed. He claimed the original was at the bank and couldn't be retrieved until the next day, even though we'd wait. Why he didn't have it on hand already I don't know, he'd known for several days that we were coming to look at the car. Also every time we asked him about the loan or lien that was reported on the car just the previous month, he told us that we shouldn't worry about it and that Carfax couldn't be trusted. All of this was said in a rude, loud, angry, argumentative voice after he interrupted us every time we tried to talk. I finally stood up and said 'we're out of here'. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to stay as far away from these crooks as possible.
