I had a great buying experience at Wilsonville Subaru. I was ready to move on from my Toyota Tacoma and back into a Subaru. I pre-ordered an Outback online and Brent reached out to me as soon as it was available. We looked over the car, took it for a test drive and made sure it was what I had ordered. Brent answered every question I had and made the process very easy. I absolutely loved how little paperwork there was. Everything was cut and dry and simple. It all started with routine oil change and me asking that something was wrong with my air conditioning and would they check it too. John Oppy called and said that they found the problem and now were figuring out what to do. He said you aren't going to like what we found and are you sitting down. You see I had a creature get in around my engine and it had decided to eat the cords etc, and do lots of damage. The nice service guy had to take my highlander apart, dashboard and all to check to find all the damage. I thought that my Highlander was a goner! It took them almost three weeks but it was definitely was worth the wait. You fixed my SUV!!! Who ever the service guy was that worked on taking apart, getting new parts, and then putting them all back into my highlander - YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!!!

I came in late on a Saturday to test drive a car I had seen on the website. Shima helped me out, and I had some concerns about the financing/car and she told me that she'd text me Sunday with answers. She kept her word and I went back on Sunday to look at the car again. I had barely slept all night, because I knew this was the car I wanted. It was scary for me, because this was my first time going to pick out my own car and finance it. She was never once pushy, and made me feel more calm and comfortable in my decision to move forward in the process. After we came to an agreement on the car, she sat with me at her desk and we made small talk until financing was ready for me.
Daniel helped me get the financing set up. He wouldn't let me say no to the lifetime oil change, but I guess in the long run I will be happy to have it ha, and he was understanding that I wanted to keep my payments around a certain amount, and he made it happen.
A couple days after I bought my car, I had to call to make a service appointment, per our agreement. Danielle was super nice and helpful on the phone, to get that set up. She called me back right away, and even text me to make confirmations.
I never got to meet the manager as he just sat in his see through glass office looking bitter, but he helped get the agreement finalized as well.
Overall, I would recommend purchasing a car here. They don't bombard you with phone calls, texts, or emails pressuring you to buy a car from them. I had visited many dealerships before I found my car, and the staff at BMW of Salem is one of the most friendliest and relaxed I encountered. I am happy doing business with them!

My Q5 was due for 20,000 mile maintenance and general inspection. Easy to make an appointment that fit my schedule. Transportation to work after dropping off my car was provided. Service consultant Ivan Chavez sent timely text updates on what needed to be done and the timeline required to complete service. Recommended new tires before winter. I was given options. Tires and alignment took longer than expected so I was provided a ride back to dealership and given a loaner car. Ivan was pleasant and easy to work with. He spent time with me answering specific questions about my car and different features that I am learning regarding my new car.
He earned a 10 plus in my book for exceptional customer service.
