I wrote Hyundai to ask a question about my car, they said go to the dealership for an answer, I told them I do not have 135. Just for them to tell me what’s wrong with it. I was just hoping for an answer because another driver of the same Hyundai car pulled me over to say he had all the same issues with his.
Anyway I get a call from Hyundai she said since u can’t afford to get it done we will approve you for a FREE diagnostic test, I was thrilled. She made an appt for me ,said I’d have to come up with the cash but promised to reimburse me. I even called while I was at the appt to make sure since I borrowed the money, she said yes you’re approved for a free test no charge, I went ahead and gave them the money... I called about 15 times since and writing them because now they said we are not paying you back. Even after calling and them saying send a copy of your bill and we will send the check.......now they say, sorry we aren’t helping you now

I had one of my best experiences dealing with a dealership. I bought a used minivan from Mike Camlin. The sales person went to full length to help me made the selection. The minivan had minor issues that the dealer service department fixed promptly. Bob from the service department was outstanding to make sure I was satisfied with the minivan before take it from the dealership. I highly recommend Mike Camlin for the purchase of your next vehicle!
Very poor closing! - tema
After working with the salesperson, whoever came next to talk actual numbers on the car did a very poor job. He did not listen to our wants and needs and was trying to just get big bucks. Also at one point we were asked to give them our credit card as a sign that we were serious about the purchase. That was before they even talked about an offer for us to buy. Made we think of the long ago stories of dealerships pulling tricks to get you to make the purchase. We ended up trading our leased car from them the next day and got a much better deal and car at another dealership! Would never deal with them again!
Can't bother to find issue in new vehicle - cyberbiker
Have had an issue in vehicle since day one. Have now had the car for over 13 months. They had it for a WEEK and only tried to see the issue "several times". Did the same thing to us again within two days.
Corporate is less help than talking to a wall.
This is my third and last Hyundai.
Service department here has been going downhill drastically since they added Mopar.
Done with them.

I have done business with Wright Hyundai in Wexford in the past and have been 100% satisfied. I do not know what has changed from 3 years ago, possibly management because I definitely notice a huge difference in service and I am very disappointed!
Although I have impeccable credit and a clean lease history, I was sort of dismissed, rushed, unappreciated, and unimportant. As if the staff would rather be anywhere else than trying to work with me to get into a car I like and could afford.
I was very clear about my budget and the price/terms I was willing to obligate to. Wright staff came off as if I bothered them for needing help in obtaining the lowest priced car deal! Wright's came back with extremely high estimates! I was shocked! The staff had the attitude that because I already pay a certain amount for my SUV then I should be willing to pay the same amount for something else.
I even went so far as to explain why I know they are giving me too high of an estimate and my dissatisfaction towards it! They were not phased and could care less. They definitely had a "take it or leave it" demeanor.
I ended up just going to another Pittsburgh Hyundai dealer and GOT the brand new car I was originally inquired about and I got it for a much better price! Apparently, it's not an issue with Hyundai but an issue with Wright Hyundai in Wexford! I guess if you don't look the part, save yourself the trouble and negative experience and go somewhere else!

Unethical Spare Key Scan - Mark B
Walked into the dealership looking for a used Hyundai. The salesperson was pretty straightforward and showed me what they had in stock that met my criteria. I told the salesperson that if I could walk out the door with taxes and tags for the price offered, I'd write a check for the full amount. After the obligatory "I have to speak with my manager", the manager came over with a price a few hundred dollars over the price I asked for. When I got up to leave, the manager, Bryan Dougherty, visibly perturbed, asked what he had to do to sell me the car. I reiterated the price I was willing to pay. He met my price, and then we shook hands on the deal.
Went over for the song and dance--extra warranty this and extended service that. Finally, they escorted me to my new used car, and presented a single key and FOB for the car. When I asked where the second key was for the car, they insisted they only had one, but I could buy another key and FOB for some outrageous price.
I told them that this was the most unethical scam I ever experienced, but they stood firm that there was only one key to the car.
However, during the course of their scam, no one ever asked me to write the check. When I asked them if I should take the price of the key and FOB off the price of the car they just wrote the paperwork up on, Bryan Dougherty snapped back YOU WANT A KEY? WRITE HIM UP AN IOU!!! and promptly stormed back to his office.
3 weeks later, after several unreturned emails and phone calls later, I happily paid for my own key and FOB at another location.
So, if you want a bunch of unethical, unprofessional scammers to sell you a car, Faulkner Pre-Owned Hyundai is the place for you!!
...and just before they swiftly took the pictures of my car off their website, I happened to grab a screenshot of the interior... with one key in the ignition and one key dangling on the key ring. --PRICELESS

I am in hope to have a better experience with Major Hyundai now that it is under new ownership. The previous owners pressured the service department to up-sell customers into unnecessary work and parts. So I need manufacturer only available parts so I figure I should also let Major's service mechanics do the work. An update to this review will come after the repair is completed. Praying I don't get screwed by the present ownership and general manager, like I did with the former ones!

Please read yelp reviews before going here to buy a car I wish I had so I could of saw what I was in for dealing with this sales team. Total lack of professionalism extremely pushy when they wanted me to take delivery of the car but completely disappeared and unwillingly to help a day after purchasing the car. I worked with Gary and Nick they were both awful. The brand new car was never cleaned before delivery, delivered to me with noticeable damage and then ignored when asked for something to be changed. After a week of no responses had to go to the GM meg, at first she was rude and not very helpful but as the conversation heated she realized how seriously awful an experience I had and did whatever she could to fix it. I would never go back they totally lived up to the sleezy salesman steroetype

They are dishonest, and scammers.They ran a loan application intentionally and without my permission after I declined to buy a car. After 2 months , they still have not refunded my deposit. They claimed they fired the sales manager that submitted the loan application.
My advice DO NOT GIVE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY # ON THE APPLICATION . . .
