My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer, and the last thing we wanted was an unreliable vehicle to transport us back and forth for treatments. After a lot of research, and some frustration with other dealerships, we settled on Bud Smail of Greensburg. The negotiation on our 2016 Buick, was painless, and we were able to wrap the whole thing up in less than 2 hours of arriving. We did notice a slight vibration in the steering, so after the surgery and treatments, we took the car back to the dealership. With the help of Corey our salesman, and the crack service team of Smail, they were able to identify and fix, in short order. Smail went above and beyond, what they were required to do. We purchased a pre-owned certified Acura MDX from Contemporary Mortorcar. Since we live 2,300 miles away, the purchase was made by phone. The paperwork was done via email and FedEx and was simple. We had the vehicle shipped to Nevada and when the vehicle arrived, it was better than described. Mike Cizmek was a pleasure to deal with. A great and hassle-free car buying experience.

They say they can fix older Benz....but they can't, and will charge you a lot to "try and fix it". Go sonewhere else if you have an older car. They will siphon your wallet.

Ive purchased numerous luxury brands over the years from Mercedes, BMW & Saab. I can easily say that closing a deal & taking delivery of our new Sprinter was on of the most professional & effortless experiences I've had the pleasure of experiencing. German Arroyo is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he represents. I was initially a bit skeptical about making a purchase from a dealer across state lines, but the process couldn't have been quicker or easier. German is avery responsive communicator, we dealt primarily via email & txt and any questions were answered quickly with the right amount of detail. On October 23, 2016 while travelling on Interstate 295 south, my automobile became the victim of an extremely large and deep pot hole. Being seven hours from home, my car was taken to Cherry Hill Mercedes for tire replacements. It became clear from the service manager that coordination from Bobby Rahal Motorcar personnel would be necessary to activate my road hazard warranty and verify the certification warranty. A phone call to Mr. Pete Delli Bovi, Jr. , the sales consultant who sold me the car, immediately resolved the coordination issues! Thank you Pete for being so attentive and responsive to my wife and me in a time of need!
