This was our second purchase from the dealership and even better experience (which up until then had been our best) than the first. I emailed with a request to test drive a particular model that we hadn't previously considered after seeing it pop up on the website and heard back from Jeff immediately. I emailed him on our way to the dealership to let him know we were coming and he had the car ready and waiting when we arrived on a very busy Saturday. When we arrived only ten minutes after my email to him, he already had researched that we were repeat customers and treated us as such. He took us on the test drive and provided a thorough comparison of the vehicle to the model we originally thought we wanted. He also took us out in the original model we were considering so we could compare both and provided a comprehensive comparison of the three available vehicles on site which met our criteria. And while we did not have our trade in with us at the time, he was still able to provide a very accurate estimate. We were able to finalize most of the transaction in the under two hours we had before we had to leave for an appointment and he set it all up for us to return on Monday to accept delivery and sign the paperwork. When we arrived on Monday as scheduled, everything was ready to go, our trade-in assessed in minutes and the paperwork, thanks to Paula, was prepared and painless. Even a minor mistake on the vin# of the trade in was corrected in minutes. I suspect at any other dealer, it would have taken hours to correct all the paperwork. Not so here. Paula and Jeff were both wonderful to deal with. We were driving away in the new ML 350 in under an hour - my husband hadn't even finished his coffee! It was as pleasant as one could hope and all car buying experiences should be this easy. They have set a high bar.

Christ is very honest and patient, he is very willing to answer questions and explain everything to you. I wish I would have looked at BBB rating and online reviews before going to this place. I can't believe Mercedes Benz tolerates all the complaints and bad reviews of this place. Apparently the owner of this establishment doesn't care either. My experience with the sales staff is no different that the rest of the people that went there and left horrible reviews with the BBB and online review sites. I had a confirmed appointment with Lori to look at a new Mercedes. I got there and was told that Lori would be with me in a few minutes, she was finishing up with another customer. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being addressed by another salesman (Neil) who said he could help me, and that Lori had to leave for the day. She left the dealership without even saying hello, when I confirmed an appointment on the phone with her. Neil informed me that the vehicle that I made an appointment to drive an hour earlier, was in fact already sold. I gave a 1 star rating only because 0 or negative numbers are not an option.

On October 23, 2016 while travelling on Interstate 295 south, my automobile became the victim of an extremely large and deep pot hole. Being seven hours from home, my car was taken to Cherry Hill Mercedes for tire replacements. It became clear from the service manager that coordination from Bobby Rahal Motorcar personnel would be necessary to activate my road hazard warranty and verify the certification warranty. A phone call to Mr. Pete Delli Bovi, Jr. , the sales consultant who sold me the car, immediately resolved the coordination issues! Thank you Pete for being so attentive and responsive to my wife and me in a time of need!
