This is the second Mercedes we have purchased from Ciocca and Chris is a large part of that. Our first one we bought used locally but have been taking it for service at Mercedes of State College for 13 years now. We first met Chris when we were car shopping for a replacement for that 2009 C class. I had spoken to the sales manager about something and had mentioned that we were going to look at an E450 at the Ciocca Nissan dealer in Williamsport. The experience at the Nissan dealership was sub par at best and the sales manager actually called me while we were there asking how it was going and I told him that it was not going well (Keep in mind that each Ciocca dealer is independently operated so there is no 'central' chain of command so to speak) and I told him what was going on. He said that they had a couple of used models there (State College) and would we be interested in coming to look. We were and went there. Chris met us at the door and was as pleasant and polite as one could ask for. His demeanor was impeccable as it should be representing a luxury brand such as Mercedes. Well, none of the models suited my wife, so he suggested looking at some new ones and explained that there were many very good incentives on the new inventory so we looked around a bit and decided on a 2025 C class. None on the lot were suitable so Chris scoured the inventory at other dealers and found the exact car my wife loved. We bought it and a week later drove it home. We were treated by Chris and the staff as if we were buying a $200K G Wagon. We have never been treated so well at ANY dealership before this. Sadly, my wife passed away in April of this year necessitating either selling her car or trading it. I immediately called Chris and asked if they bought back vehicles. He checked this for me and told me they did. I made arrangements to visit and discuss the situation and Chris was as cordial as ever and made me feel right at home. We discussed a buyback vs trading. Chris and the sales manager Quan sat with me and discussed options, and since they knew what other vehicles we had from previous discussions, they asked if perhaps I would be interested in trading both of my current vehicles on newer vehicle that met my needs. I went home and pondered this overnight. Went back the next day and told them I would. We looked at some models and I decided on a 2022 GLE that had a factory trailer hitch which is the one feature I absolutely needed. Chris immediately sprang into action putting together figures and values. After some time, a deal was worked out and I drove out of there completely satisfied. I am a customer for life and will continue to service and purchase my vehicles from this team.
