I had a very disappointing experience with Bergey’s - melhindi949

I had a very disappointing experience with Bergey’s Cadillac in Plymouth Meeting. I was actively intending to purchase a 2022 Tesla Model X (VIN: 7SAXCBE56NF336270, Stock #: ECN3659A) and was told for weeks that the vehicle was delayed due to a “software update” and that timing would not be an issue. Based on those representations, I obtained a certified check, sold my vehicle, arranged transportation, and drove over five hours round trip to complete the purchase. Upon arrival, the vehicle immediately displayed an active air suspension fault. I was then informed that the car had actually undergone strut and suspension arm replacements, not just a software update, and that the issue remained unresolved. The vehicle also produced a rattle when coming off throttle. I was ultimately told the vehicle was deemed unsafe and could not be sold, which made the entire trip unnecessary. Additional undisclosed issues included a tear in the driver seat, non-functioning powered third-row seats, and a missing trunk cargo cover. These issues were not disclosed prior to my arrival, nor was I informed that the vehicle might be unsafe or not eligible for sale. I dealt directly with the salesperson Joe LaPenta and the Pre-Owned Manager Christopher P. DeNight. This experience resulted in significant wasted time, travel expense, and disruption — especially frustrating given that I sold my vehicle and am expecting a baby soon. Transparency and communication were extremely poor. I would not recommend traveling to this dealership based on my experience.

Purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Ray Price Ford and I love it. Working with Joe he got me all the information I requested, even sending videos of the vehicle. I was greeted at the front of the dealership with a warm welcome from Joe, and was in and out within an hour. I traveled 3 hours for this vehicle and was immediately impressed by the dealership and the professionalism. I also dealt with Stuart who will surely make it a memorable buying experience, full of personality. I truly enjoyed the entire buying experience and their willingness to work with someone out of state and making the whole process smooth. DO NOT BUY HERE. Sold a dangerous, fraudulent car that suffered a near-fatal failure. my mother bought a vehicle from this dealership two months ago. The staff explicitly admitted the car had pre-existing safety hazards—specifically the left inner/outer tie rods and failing brakes—and told her she had to pay extra money to fix them and inspection. They also completely hid a major prior crash, which I discovered because the aftermarket hood does not sit or latch safely.Despite regular maintenance (including checking and adding oil a week ago), the car suffered a catastrophic explosion while my mother was driving on I-80E right after the bridge right before the george n. craig travel plaza. The engine threw a rod, blew open the back of the motor, and completely SEVERED THE BRAKE LINES on the highway. She barely avoided a fatal crash at 74 years old no less and was left stranded at a highway rest stop with a destroyed engine and no brakes.When I reached out for help to safely retrieve her belongings and resolve this nightmare, the General Manager completely ignored my emergency messages and left us stranded.This dealership knowingly sells dangerous, un-inspected vehicles and hides prior accident histories and slips the fraudulent carfax out of the folder they give you so you cant prove it I am currently filing official auto fraud complaints with the State Attorney General and the DMV Licensing Division. Save your life and your money go ANYWHERE else. Help spread the word for everyones safety!

Worst place. Went to take 2026 trailblazer in for problem having since they did oil change. Service lady said I needed an additive for warranty. She lied. said possibly have to pay 169. And if I didn't they would keep my car. I left before car was checked.I have been in contact with chevy about this issue. Diehl lied about the additive and the charge. My car is going to another dealership who said same as chevy. Left message to talk to manager, had sales manager call said he would call back. Nope didn't. Never go there again for anything.

I purchased a new Ram 2500 from Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram a few days ago and traded in a 2021 Ram 1500. While I was in with the finance manager the dealership took pictures of my trade without my knowledge. Yesterday morning I looked on their website to see if they had my trade on their website and found that it was, with unobstructed pictures of my license plates. I immediately reached out to the dealership and was informed that they would take them off but it could take up to 24-hours. Today is Saturday at 4:30pm and the dealership is now closed for the day. It has been 2 full days since I notified them and the pictures are still on their website. Since they are closed on Sunday’s it will be several more days before they come off. I point this out because this is irresponsible, unethical and a violation of my privacy. Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located at 2947 Rte 940, Mount Pocono, PA 18344, does not protect their customers privacy.
