Everyone from the receptionist to the salesman was very polite and professional. My salesman, Jeff, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle that I purchased and was able to answer all of my questions. The dealership was very busy on the day that I purchased my vehicle, but despite that, I was able to complete my transaction and drive off in my shiny new car in almost no time! I have purchased 3 vehicles from Ford Lincoln of Franklin and I highly recommend them!

We purchased a used 2014 Ford Flex from this company. It had 39,000 miles on it and it was exactly what we were looking for. We had the balance of the factory warranty left, a lifetime powertrain warranty, and we purchased a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. We had it for two months and decided to take it on a vacation to Florida. On our way down the engine locked up. We had the vehicle towed to a local dealership in Savannah,GA. The local dealership said the damage wasn't covered due to excessive engine sludge. We had the car serviced the day before leaving on vacation at a (local to us) shop that services all of the fleet vehicles for the company I work for. I asked them how the oil looked and the said it looked fine. So Gateway Ford sent their tow truck from Tennessee down to Savannah,GA to get our vehicle, ordered and installed a new engine, and paid the dealership in GA for the work they had done. It did take a few weeks but it didn't cost us anything. Gateway Ford came through for us in a big way. Thank you again, Kevin and all of the others involved! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from these people.

I have tried 4 times to get a price on a tune up, from the Service Dept. Left my number with 2 different ladies. Have never been contacted back. This truck came off the lot at Johnson City Ford. The sales staff was great, but to have trouble with service department will make me never trade there again. You don't stand behind your product.

He took time and showed us ratings for particular vehicles, listened to our wants and needs and then showed us the vehicles that met our wants and needs. He then followed up with a call to see how the vehicle (F150 pickup) worked for us and whether the vehicle we purchased met our needs. A true caring individual not your usual salesperson.

Best car buying experience ever. Found an F-150 at Bates after about 3 months of searching. Drove from Franklin Kentucky to buy this truck. Mike Mohr was super to work with. I did not like pressure salesmen. Mike let me look around with no pressure. Didn’t try to sell me something different than what I was looking for. Was in an out and on the road in about 2 hours. Wasn’t one of those 5 hour ordeals. All three gentlemen I worked with were very professional and easy to work with. Will definitely go back. Thanks Mike for a great buying experience.

had noises when turning in my Edge, guessed it to be block in AC drain line. BUT I crossed my fingers, as I drove into service dept. late in the day, around 3pm, hoping they could take care of it, as I was traveling. Scott (service tech)came out and talked to me, and they took me right in. I was out in an hour. Many thanks to everyone here, the ladies and cashier were so nice, also!

I arrived early at around 12:30, and by 12:45, Mr Gouge, the Service Manager, already had my SUV on the rack, and they were rotating my tires. Have a 2011 mustang still under warranty. Joe Mahan Ford in Paris,TN has done multiple repairs on auto tramsmission with no success & many other repairs that just add to the long list of troubles. The car is dangerous to drive..trying to stall on takeoff, jerking 1st & 2nd gears. Danny Dawson (service manager) has been blaming tranny problems on wife's driving habits. He was rude, blaming and told us to just drive the car on highway and try to avoid stop & go traffic in a 3 year old car! This is a learning transmission and has severe flaws which ford will not take responsibility for & fix.Joe Mahan is no help with trying to solve this problem! Having to file Lemon Law to try to get this resolved. I would not do business with Joe Mahan ford in Paris,TN. Even the manager ..Jeff Mahan...was no help to us...just tried to shake us off to get rid of us. STAY AWAY FROM JOE MAHAN FORD IN PARIS,TN!
