I was visiting from Michigan, on an unplanned/emergency trip and was in need of an oil change on my 2020 Escape, before returning to MI. Through a recommendation from my sister who has purchased a vehicle through Ford Lincoln of Franklin, has had nothing but positive experiences with the service department at this dealership and raves about the service she receives there, I made an appointment for the much needed oil change.
Service was prompt, timely, efficient and the service team very cordial, with George providing unprompted service updates to me along the way.
Should I be in need of service for my Ford vehicle on any of my future trips to TN, I will not hesitate to call on this service team again.

I CANNOT express my displeasure enough with the Union City TN Ford Service Department (Taylor Ford Lincoln). We started having issues with a 2014 Ford Focus in March of 2021 that we actually bought brand new at Union City TN Ford Dealership. The first time we took the car to the Union City Ford Service Department to check the issue, they stated that they found nothing wrong. Then, on a trip to Memphis, the car broke down and we had it towed back home. After taking it back to the Union City Ford Service Department that originally said nothing was wrong with it, they then stated it was the faulty clutch A and B and was not covered on our warranty and would be $796.50 for repair and it would take about a week. After the Union City Ford Service Department made the repair and gave the vehicle back to us, it ran for about 2 days and started the same thing. We immediately took it back to them to check it out. The Union City Ford Service Department THEN stated it was the TCM transmission clutch module and WAS covered under the warranty, but the part was on a Nationwide Backorder and they would call us when part came in, which is understandable due to the Pandemic. So now it’s September and the Union City Ford Service Center has never called, and would always seem like we were inconveniencing them when we called during the last 4 months, checking ourselves if they had heard anything. But still, no part. Ford Customer Care has told us that the TCM is a recall issue and we are eligible for a rental and issued us a rental claim # and advised us to contact our Union City TN Ford Service Department and let them know, and to also request a reimbursement claim for the original $796.50 repair that was charged to us that didn’t repair the car. So guess what happened when we made that call to Union City TN Ford Service Department? We got no help, on either the rental car or the reimbursement claim. So, if anyone has been considering purchasing or having service work done at the UNION CITY TN FORD DEALERSHIP or SERVICE DEPARTMENT, just know that we HAD been repeat customers and look how they have treated us. Just think if you were a first time customer……

If I could give -5 stars I would. After 2 weeks of trying to schedule an appointment, I had to email the Sales Manager, Mr. Bass to have someone call me back. I made the appointment, Showed up 30 min early for the appointment. An hour and a half after the appointment time, I still did not have my car. I went to check on the progress and I saw my keys sitting on the counter while every service advisor and service manager sitting at the desk, going through their Subway order. I went to the sales desk, and the young man that asked me what was going on regretted asking me. He informed me that they get a lot of complaints on the service department. While I was waiting on him to get my vehicle, another customer was having an issue with the service department trying to charge her for something that they had broke. I was in for The Works Package, typically runs $39.95-$49.95. The cashier told me my bill was $82!!! I hit the roof. They never advised me of that cost. There was no paperwork of with my signature that agreed on that price. I'm pretty sure that is illegal. When the service Manager, Ms. Dill, finally came to the cashier window, she advised me that she wasn't going to charge me. Of coarse you aren't. This assures 3 things, #1 I will not get a survey from Ford, because it now is an internal service ticket. #2 it now only cost them the price of the oil, and #3, no litigation in a court of law for unfair business practices due to not disclosing the price. Shame on you

We live in WV,my daughter found a Nissan Juke at Gateway Ford so we drove down there to check it out i walked around it checked for dents and checked tires .She liked it so we put a down payment on it and went home and got the money from our bank .We went back down and paid for the car we went back home and one week latermy daughter comes to me and says the car is all over the road when it rains so i went out and checked the tires they were bald.Icalled the dealer that someone did a switch on the two front tires,they wanted pictures so i sent them pictures and they said they would get back with me and they didnt.So i say to you dont trust these guys once your out the door SCREW YOU

I have dealt with Jerry Duncan Ford service several times and never felt appreciated or welcome. I have also had my oil changed their and when I got my car back my hood latch cable was broke. Now I never opened the hood so it wasn't me that broke it. But they want to charge me $175 to fix what they broke. My Focus also shutters all the time and they won't fix the warrentied transmission because they claim it is in spec. Will never use them again for anything. I will drive for miles to get service somewhere else.

A simple oil change and again, another review. From the peaceful waiting area to the amazing staff, I am always treated with absolute courtesy and professionalism coupled with compassion. The cost on each occasion has been fair and presented really well. No matter the position of each person, all have key knowledge of every process throughout the dealership. Really rare in my view.
