I first took my truck to Autonation Ford on Mt Moriah in Memphis.I will never go back there as the service writer Jonathan nor the service manager Brian seemed to care about my concerns on a truck with only 7000 miles on it.I voiced my concerns as to the service received and was told by Jonathan that's why he drove a Toyota.

This past Monday looked at a truck spoke to Brian the salesman filled out the credit app was called the next morning by the salesman Brian and the sales manager both they told me my loans approved got my payment where I wanted it they just needed to see my car one more time in the daylight told me to be there at 5 sign the papers pick up the truck got there at 5:45 was late due to traffic coming from work in Franklin 30 miles away walked in the door and was told the truck had just sold to somebody else a man was still there filling out the paperwork my wife called the sales manager that was working at night he promised to find me another truck same miles same price 24 to 72 hours it's been 5 days haven't heard a word from anybody went and bought a brand new 2017 F-150 from a dealership in Franklin do not trust these people they sold the truck I wanted to buy because I wasn't there at 5 on nose I was 35 40 minutes late and the stupid salesman sold it to somebody else
Problems with remote key - Foreten
We had a problem with a key for a 2013 Lincoln MKT. Made an appointment and they said we needed
A new key. Without thinking the key would equal a mtg payment we said ok. The cost was $331.23!
Needless to say we were amazed that a key could cost that much. I think that is just crazy that anyone could charge that much for a key replacement. We talked to the manager and he stated that was the cost.

You know one of the main reasons for purchasing a car at a dealer is to avoid scams and games. This is not the case with this dealer. The dealer had no problems with assuring me and my buddy that there were no other issues with the vehicle. The simple fact that they destroyed the dash when taking it apart to look at this speedometer is in itself inexcusable. Who takes a dash apart on a test drive. They promised the vehicle was inspected and no other problems where found. How come none of the pictures included the headliner, front or rear end suspension parts, brakes or the window not working etc.??? I understand things go wrong with a used vehicle but these where bad out of the gate and they knew it. Yes I did sign and as is but only on the re-assurance of the salesman and the finance manager that they found no other problems, how was it or what was inspected??? This was my mistake for relying on a dealer to be the business they are supposed to be there was no integrity in this deal.

I called Saturday, spoke with “Smiley” in the service department. My 2011 Ford Edge had a recall because the door, when closed the interior light did not go out. They replaced? The part. Now several months later, same thing. Smiley told me Saturday it was first come, first serve, to come in Monday morning. I did. At around 4:40, I had not heard from them so I called, only to be told nonchalantly they had not gotten to it yet! When were they going to alert me to the fact I had no car! I picked it up, did not open the passenger door ( the one that was broken) and the open door light was on. This is a on going problem, however: Ford hasnt received the golden number to order another recall to fix the problem for good!! I am furious st their lack of concern, customer service and appreciation for the 5 Fords I have purchased from them through Tommy Barkley. I am going to Subaru or another brand that cares about their customers!!! NEVER use this poor dealership if you want your vehicle serviced or if you expect to be treated with respect.... NEVER AGAIN!! GOODBYE FORD!!

Have a 2011 mustang still under warranty. Joe Mahan Ford in Paris,TN has done multiple repairs on auto tramsmission with no success & many other repairs that just add to the long list of troubles. The car is dangerous to drive..trying to stall on takeoff, jerking 1st & 2nd gears. Danny Dawson (service manager) has been blaming tranny problems on wife's driving habits. He was rude, blaming and told us to just drive the car on highway and try to avoid stop & go traffic in a 3 year old car! This is a learning transmission and has severe flaws which ford will not take responsibility for & fix.Joe Mahan is no help with trying to solve this problem! Having to file Lemon Law to try to get this resolved. I would not do business with Joe Mahan ford in Paris,TN. Even the manager ..Jeff Mahan...was no help to us...just tried to shake us off to get rid of us. STAY AWAY FROM JOE MAHAN FORD IN PARIS,TN!
