Very clean, great selection. - ivangullett

Very clean, great selection. Saleman very great but, did not know everything about the vehicle. Yes it is a used vehicle but should have more knowledge about what your selling, loved the part that he was not pushy, gave us plenty of time to look over the vehicle and decide. Would give him a 4 out of 5, again just because of his knowledge of the vehicle. Every one we meet was very friendly and answered any questions we had.

Recently purchased a 2019 F150 with really low miles from - Glen

Recently purchased a 2019 F150 with really low miles from this dealership and everyone I spoke to was super helpful and the process was very transparent. I had a lease turn in and they also helped me with that even though I still had a couple payments left. I have been doing my service here even before they built the new building and I like the new waiting area a whole lot better. Ed Johnson and Randy Blankenship are the best!

They will sell you a "Lemon Law" buy back car without actually telling you and then want you to take the loss....Quote from a person that they sold a lemon law car too..."On 12/12/22, my car was towed to Mtn. View Ford Lincoln. I was told by them that the car was in horrible shape, that it should have never been sold due to the previous history of problems." Let the buyer beware....

I bought a used car at this dealership Sept 2025. - TASPENCE14

I bought a used car at this dealership Sept 2025. The main reason I purchased this particular vehicle is because it had a cd player. The salesman Keith Brown knew this. Long story short the player was broken when I bought the car and he knew this. The previous owner was the sales manager Shane Swann and he also knew it was broken but I was not told this.I tried for months to get it replaced to no avail. After being stonewalled I finally decided to write a review on google maps. The owner Lenny Lawson gave a nasty reply instead of solving the problem . Also the cloth seats were filthy and stained so I had to have it professionally cleaned I feel it is VERY unprofessional to sell a vehicle in this condition an shows disrespect to the customer

We came all the way from Springfield Tn to pick up the - pupchurch1960

We came all the way from Springfield Tn to pick up the Navigator L we wanted. We had already been on the phone with Thomas getting him to send pictures and asking all kinds of questions. Thomas White was great, he had the Navigator all clean and ready to go when we got there the paper work didn't take long at all. We really appreciate everything they did he even set up our phones and door locks for us so my husband and I could talk to each other on the way home we were in separate cars at this time.. We will be recommending them to all our family and friends.
