About 6 months ago I scheduled my 2019 Ford F-450 Platinum to have my upper oil pan seals replaced while I was out on vacation . (Upper oil pan gaskets it’s a big job requires dropping the transmission ) truck at 60,000 miles
When I return after 2 weeks they tell me they are sorry and they haven’t even started on it
Once the truck is finally done and I get it back , I go to check my oil and the dipstick is completely jammed in the block
They told me to bring it back in
At that point I was changing my oil every 5 k miles till I could bring it in to get it fixed Because I could not check the oil level
PLEASE UNDERSTAND. This means the service people didn’t bother checking the oil level after installing tranny back in and putting oil in there !!!
Jiffy lube does that to make sure to show the customer that the oil level is full
During this time from 60k-105 k I was still dripping oil
At 105k I bring the truck back in ( I travel for work so miles add up quick)
Once they get the truck back and replace all the oil gaskets again and drop the transmission again to service it they call me and tell me it is done
THAT MORNING I pick up the truck and by the end of the day my engine is KNOCKING!!!!
I return the truck the same day and they diagnose and tell me it had nothing to do with them that my injector failed and that I am no longer under warranty!!
I have no idea what they did but these 6.7 just don’t blow like that .
It took me four months of fighting with them and they would not budge to cover it
So after months and months FORD CORPORATE helped me out and I still had to pay for $5000
Keep in mind this kept me out of work Etc for month
I finally gave in and paid $5000 and got my truck back about 4 months later
Their manager service staff and the service manager there Had absolutely zero to non-communication and updates with me

I had to call every few days to keep bugging them and asking for updates and only got empty promises from them . Until one morning I get a random text saying thank you for your service and I had again to call to ask what the status was
To everyone out there please save yourself the hassle and money from dealing with this place it was an absolute nightmare that I wouldn’t recommend this to happen to anyone.

I just paid $85,000 for this truck last year and this is the king of service I got

A simple oil change and again, another review. From the peaceful waiting area to the amazing staff, I am always treated with absolute courtesy and professionalism coupled with compassion. The cost on each occasion has been fair and presented really well. No matter the position of each person, all have key knowledge of every process throughout the dealership. Really rare in my view. They always express an interest in me as well. I look forward to each visit. The business model is simply off the charts exceptional. See you soon!!!

Shortly after arriving in Gatlinburg, TN, ( 550 miles from home) our Ford Edge broke down. We contact Rocky Top Ford's Service Department and spoke with Daniel. He told us that they were closing in just a few short hours on Christmas Eve and asked us to bring in the Edge right away. As soon as we got there the technicians began diagnosing the problems. They soon realized that parts would need to be ordered so it would be a few days until our Edge could be fixed. They were extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. They even loaned us a Courtesy Vehicle. to get us thru Christmas. On the 26th Daniel called us to tell us our vehicle was ready for pickup. Problem solved! To our surprise, the price for the repair was very reasonable. Our special thanks to Daniel, the technicians, and staff at Rocky Top Ford. We greatly appreciate your southern hospitality!

Salesman stated the truck we bought only had one owner and hadn’t been wrecked before, turns out we are the 4th buyer and the back passenger side has been replaced, and the third brake light leaks. It’s our fault for trusting the guy, should have had them pull the car fax before we bought it, but he was very adamant and the dealer ship seemed legit. Lesson learned, 1st time ever buying a used car so there was a learning curve, still hate they hid so much about the truck. Again our fault for not asking better questions and being more aware of what used cars sales are all about. Lesson learned

I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else. They are honest and kind, and they spent extra time explaining the different things that my vehicle could do. I got two free oil changes and when I came in for service, I was in and out really quick. Clean waiting area and very clean bathrooms, which I always appreciate since I have toddlers.

The service department at ETF in recent months has increased their pricing, replaced personnel and started pushing fuel additives. Additionally, you also have to pay an $7.00 extra with your oil change to obtain a Motorcraft brand oil filter. Won’t be returning here again and suggest other Ford owners look elsewhere.

After talking with a salesman 2 times I went to autonation wolfchase Memphis Tn. I decided to purchase this 2020 Ford truck,I drove 55 miles when I arrived it was about an hour before they opened at noon on sunday.My wife and I walked onto the lot, after about 2 minutes someone came on the loud speaker stating we had to leave or be arrested this went on until we left. We are both in our sixties,it was clear we weren't thugs looking to do anything wrong. I can't believe autonation would threat customers so rudely. There are plenty of ford dealers you should never go to autonation wolfchase unless you want to be treated like thugs.

Have a 2011 mustang still under warranty. Joe Mahan Ford in Paris,TN has done multiple repairs on auto tramsmission with no success & many other repairs that just add to the long list of troubles. The car is dangerous to drive..trying to stall on takeoff, jerking 1st & 2nd gears. Danny Dawson (service manager) has been blaming tranny problems on wife's driving habits. He was rude, blaming and told us to just drive the car on highway and try to avoid stop & go traffic in a 3 year old car! This is a learning transmission and has severe flaws which ford will not take responsibility for & fix.Joe Mahan is no help with trying to solve this problem! Having to file Lemon Law to try to get this resolved. I would not do business with Joe Mahan ford in Paris,TN.
