Traded my Rogue last year for a used Lincoln. It had far more miles than they reported. I paid difference because the Lincoln was supposedly worth more. A few days later the Rogue magically increased in value by thousands. Shortly after buying it, like days later, I started getting vibration in the brakes. I took it to them twice and both times they claimed nothing wrong with it. Today I had an honest person inspect the brakes and they showed me exactly what was wrong. It only does it on occasion, nothing has changed. Same problem that I had when I bought it. Jeff stated today that it was 21,000 miles later. I was sarcastic and told him I had a crystal ball and I complained about it them because I knew it would go bad. He stated that he could do without my sarcasm. That is what you get when you deal with deceitful crooks.

We purchased a used 2014 Ford Flex from this company. It had 39,000 miles on it and it was exactly what we were looking for. We had the balance of the factory warranty left, a lifetime powertrain warranty, and we purchased a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. We had it for two months and decided to take it on a vacation to Florida. On our way down the engine locked up. We had the vehicle towed to a local dealership in Savannah,GA. The local dealership said the damage wasn't covered due to excessive engine sludge. We had the car serviced the day before leaving on vacation at a (local to us) shop that services all of the fleet vehicles for the company I work for. I asked them how the oil looked and the said it looked fine. So Gateway Ford sent their tow truck from Tennessee down to Savannah,GA to get our vehicle, ordered and installed a new engine, and paid the dealership in GA for the work they had done. It did take a few weeks but it didn't cost us anything. Gateway Ford came through for us in a big way. Thank you again, Kevin and all of the others involved! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from these people.

This is the best place you could buy a car from! Seriously. We got a car that was UNDER our budget and we absolutely love it! Curtis was our salesman and he was fantastic. He didnt try to sell us a more expensive car or make us feel pressured to buy at all really. The car we bought was actually at another dealership several hours away so we couldn't look at the exact car we were interested in but Curtis showed us a car almost identical. We liked it so we took a chance and bought the other car without even seeing it first and boy are we so glad we did! He answered all of our questions, stayed late with us after the store closed and delivered the car to my house at 1030 p.m. on a Friday night! Just to get a across the point of how amazing that is, I live over an hour away from the dealership...This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and I doubt we'll ever shop anywhere else. This place is great and so are the people!

We did purchase a used 2015 Toyota Rav there this past weekend. I do love my "new" vehicle. However, the whole experience just seemed rushed to get us out of there. I was mislead on what my payment would be but they ended up getting it to within $5 of what I was asking for per month. One salesman was very nice but he sort of disappeared. Then the first salesman picked us back up. He was very nice and helpful. His name was Barry. We received no handshake after we purchased the vehicle. Sometimes a handshake means a lot.

While vacationing in Gatlinburg, the water pump went out of our vehicle. After towing it to McNelly-Whaley, we were stranded without a vehicle. Trish Rogers, at the front office, went above and beyond to help us find a rental car. After discovering no rental cars in town were available, she graciously drove several miles out of her way to take us to our condo and offered to pick us up again the next morning. She was a blessing to us in our time of need. Your service department also did a great job fixing our vehicle in a very timely fashion.

I came in to the service department and wanted to get a oil change first on my new ford. I was told that it would be 4 hour wait. I chose to make an appointment instead of waiting. Appointment made I left when I returned for my appointment I was again told it would be a 3 hr. Wait unacceptable they were very quick to remind me of my appointment but failed to remind themselves. They said I could reschedule. Why!!!!!!

Have a 2011 mustang still under warranty. Joe Mahan Ford in Paris,TN has done multiple repairs on auto tramsmission with no success & many other repairs that just add to the long list of troubles. The car is dangerous to drive..trying to stall on takeoff, jerking 1st & 2nd gears. Danny Dawson (service manager) has been blaming tranny problems on wife's driving habits. He was rude, blaming and told us to just drive the car on highway and try to avoid stop & go traffic in a 3 year old car! This is a learning transmission and has severe flaws which ford will not take responsibility for & fix.Joe Mahan is no help with trying to solve this problem! Having to file Lemon Law to try to get this resolved. I would not do business with Joe Mahan ford in Paris,TN. Even the manager ..Jeff Mahan...was no help to us...just tried to shake us off to get rid of us. STAY AWAY FROM JOE MAHAN FORD IN PARIS,TN!
