I purchased a used 2025 Ford Maverick and traded my 2024 Ram. Before agreeing to a final purchase, I paid $188 to Christian Brothers Automotive to do a thorough pre sale inspection. The Maverick was everything that it was advertised and the "out the door" price was the best I was offered after shopping for quite some time. View Ford Lincoln. I was told by them that the car was in horrible shape, that it should have never been sold due to the previous history of problems." Let the buyer beware....

I bought a used car at this dealership Sept 2025. The main reason I purchased this particular vehicle is because it had a cd player. The salesman Keith Brown knew this. Long story short the player was broken when I bought the car and he knew this. The previous owner was the sales manager Shane Swann and he also knew it was broken but I was not told this.I tried for months to get it replaced to no avail. After being stonewalled I finally decided to write a review on google maps. The owner Lenny Lawson gave a nasty reply instead of solving the problem . Also the cloth seats were filthy and stained so I had to have it professionally cleaned I feel it is VERY unprofessional to sell a vehicle in this condition an shows disrespect to the customer

We came all the way from Springfield Tn to pick up the Navigator L we wanted. We had already been on the phone with Thomas getting him to send pictures and asking all kinds of questions. Thomas White was great, he had the Navigator all clean and ready to go when we got there the paper work didn't take long at all. We really appreciate everything they did he even set up our phones and door locks for us so my husband and I could talk to each other on the way home we were in separate cars at this time.. We will be recommending them to all our family and friends.
