Like everyone I have dealt with at the dealership, she was friendly, knowledgable, punctual, helpful, top notch & super patient. Yesenia also showed me a few extra customizations which made me love my Porche even more (didn’t think that was even possible lol)!!

Lewisville Ford was the ONLY FORD DEALER IN THE AREA that would agree to do more than an oil change on a Saturday, and what a PHENOMENAL job they did. Our F150 TURNED OFF on I35 Friday at 4:32pm. Got it to Zach Nixon and the folks at Sam Pack Ford and the went above and beyond diagnosing the problems. I would not ever hesitate to go back to them for anything. Thank times over.

They made recommendations based on year/mile of m car and searched for recalls on the vehicle. I given enough information to choose or decline what I was not interested in without pressure.
