Nissan Marano 2017 - Gloria Gibson
Dan Spencer was a great salesperson. Very courteous. The dealership was convenient and very knowledgeable on the Marano. I hope to purchase another vehicle from Tim Dahle NIssan in the future. Thank you.

Great people, great service! - GheetaSmith
I’m more or less a life long Nissan owner. I’ve followed the Tim Dahle franchise for nearly twenty years. I especially love working with the guys st Tim Dahle Southtown. They always provide excellent service. John Darhower and the rest of the team always go out of their way to offer advice, service and excellent customer care whenever I need to bring my car in.
Thanks as always for making my trips to the “car doctor” much more pleasant!

Great people. Easy to work with. - DLACEY 44
This dealership was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. No slickie sales people. So helpful and easy to talk to.
Great experience ording my vehicle!!! - CTracy
Steve Allen provided me with a great experience ordering my Lincoln Navigator. He was not pushy and accommodated all my request and never made me feel like I was putting him out. They came me an extremely fair price in an exceptional vehicle. All the staff were very friendly and treated me like family while was in the dealership. The dealership was very clean and spacious which provided a comfortable non-cramped environment to make decisions. The finance process was fast and to the point without all the pushyness to buy extras. This entire process was great and I will definitely be buying my future cars from Steve A. at Wilson Motor Company.
Do not buy from here - alissyann
Do not under any circumstances buy a car from this dealership. They are under handed and crooked. We went into to buy a car from them we gave them a price for a payment we wanted. They came back and said we can get you into a new car for only $9 over the amount we wanted.Great we thought and drove away happy in our new car. Well 2 weeks later they called and asked for proof of residency. Which we sent, they called us saying they couldn't get us into that loan because we didn't send the right info ( which they never called and said they needed something different) and now we would have to finance through Nissan which made our payment $30 more than we wanted. They knocked some amount off the car and we really liked the car so we decided to suck it up for a few months and then refinance. We went in and signed new papers which we were assured were the same just through a different finance place. Well our plates didn't come in the mail so we called and asked where they were. We were then told that we had to pay $500 for a down payment before they would give us our plates. THIS WAS NEVER EVER DISCUSSED!!!!!!!!! So we went back and reread the contract and sure enough they slipped that in there ( I know we should have read it over carefully and we did to check and make sure that they took the price off the car) So now they will not release our plates until we come up with $500. My husband went in and the receptionist gave him a big run around about talking to someone. When he finally spoke with the manager they just treated him like he was an idiot for not reading the contract. They are not honest, they totally screwed us and now we are locked into a contract and don't have a choice. I have never felt so utterly cheated. I cannot believe they can be so dishonest. I will not ever give them any business and make sure that every one I know knows how underhanded and crooked they are. After getting on here and reading all the other horrible reviews about this place I guess I should have done more research. I guess I just expect that a big name like Ken Garff would be honest but they are not to be trusted. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW!!!!!!

Quoted me a price, I said are you sure.
They said yes. I come in and no they cant do that price. And then I asked for the free gift card of $50. Nope. Didn't get that either. Stay away. Crooked and deceitful. They don't"listen or hear you"
Pretty sure they will scr*W you.

As I have stated before, true customer service is not based on when things go well. It is based on when things do not go well and how it is handled.
I will be honest and say due to some very unfortunate circumstances and a pile of medical bills... My credit is not great. However, I had just returned from Military Training and wanted my wife to have a very safe and very reliable car. I knew getting financing was gonna be difficult.
After some back and forth and A 4,000 DOLLAR DOWN PAYMENT, they said they were able to find some financing. Interest was high but especially with the snow I wanted the best for my wife.
This was in January so I provided my paystubs from December. For some reason this wasn't good enough. So I provided verifiable income from 4 DIFFERENT SOURCES. Showing an income greater than what I stated and been approved on for the loan.
They gave us the car even though they hadn't gotten the financing while telling us they we were good to go. I went back and forth with this dealership for a month. Eventually, it didn't work out and we have to return the car. Understandable.
Now they want to charge us 2,000 DOLLARS even though the car can be sold for the exact same price. I know nothing is free and I understand some fees, but 2,000 is absolutely ridiculous.
My wife and I need our down payment back to get another car.... Now we are stuck and stressed out of our minds. Way to take advantage of the little guy, Tim Dahle Nissan Bountiful.
**Non-existing repairs needed** - Deb
I returned 2 days after the sale to me on a Saturday to have the car checked out for a noise. Until they realized they had given me a 90 day warranty, still in effect, the mechanics invented $2,000 in repairs needed. Suddenly, they were’nt needed when the company was faced with covering cost of the work. I bought the car thru Nissan, but it turned out that Wade Chevrolet owned the vehicle, acquired as a trade in. Salvador Ibarra was not the problem. The Nissan mechanics and Chevrolet Managers listed below were, lying to me about the facts of the situation.
