Lynn was fantastic to work with while we were deciding which vehicle to purchase. He was patient, informative and quite helpful. Allowing us to take the vehicle to get some lunch while we were thinking it over was the best! We absolutely love our Lincoln Nautilus!

Everyone is so helpful and welcoming! I was waiting for maybe 15 seconds before someone came up and politely greeted me. I’m a first time car buyer and Jake was so incredibly helpful!!
My 2017 Nissan titan was towed into Ken Garff on July... - Dan
My 2017 Nissan titan was towed into Ken Garff on July 26th for a blown motor. My service advisor along with Nissan Corporate has been horrible to work with. I’ve had to call for updates, send texts and emails, begging for updates. Some weeks I would leave 4 messages with no response. I have no problem with the Nissan product, but when it comes to customer service from the dealership and Nissan corporate, they are an epic fail. It’s been 2 months and I’ve had no rental or even a call from a supervisor that I requested. I bought a new car last week and because of the problems I’ve had with my advisor and corporate, I bought a Honda. I really wanted to up the Nissan Rouge but because of the way I’ve been ignored by Nissan and my advisor I went to Honda. This is the 4th time I’ve had issues with a Nissan dealership. The other dealership was Tim Dahle Nissan.
My kindhearted wife (70 yrs.) was sweet talked into... - bluecollar
My kindhearted wife (70 yrs.) was sweet talked into buying a used Subaru for $1k more than a new one. Tyler Ford convinced her she had to pay for accessories she doesn't want or need. Then Tyler and Skyler Shepherd double-teamed her and pumped her for another $5k in fees and service charges. A $22k used car became a $31k rip off. They must have high-fived and had a good laugh at their slam-dunk. When I went in for a refund of her down payment the "manager" Anthony Almanza tried to jerk me around, stalled and lied, saying he didn't know how to operate the debit card machine. Why can't they just sell a decent car for a fair price, make a little profit and go home with a clear conscience? How do these people sleep at night?
Horrible service department. Unable to diagnose problem... - Max84121
Horrible service department. Unable to diagnose problem so they charged to reset computer. Same issue continues to occur. Now they say it check engine and traction control lights will just magically go away. Typically slow, unresponsive, expensive and unhelpful.
These guys are dishonest don’t trust anything these guys... - Mitchell hoyt
These guys are dishonest don’t trust anything these guys tell you. Tried buying a truck and the 4x4 light would blink when turned to 4x4 which means it does not engage but they were trying to tell me that it is engaged when flashing which is obviously not true.
We were test driving a used Nissan from another small... - Jjl
We were test driving a used Nissan from another small dealer and made an appointment to have the Nissan service department look it over and do their “used car inspection”. Was told it was $129 on the phone when I made the appointment. When I dropped the car off I mistakingly asked if it was $159 and she said No, it’s $150… it had been a long day so I thought maybe I had misheard on the phone. When I verified it was $129, and they charged me $179 when I went to pick it up- she said no, you asked if it was $159 and I said no, $150 plus tax. They charged me shop fees in addition. Seriously?
Then looked at another car while we were there listed at $8999. They tried to tell me they were doing me a favor by not charging me for all the work they put in to the car. I told them that parts on them, I should be getting it for what they have advertised. In small print it says, price does not include shop fees. Then they try telling me it’s $10900 out the door with tax and fees. Seriously. What a joke. Licensing fees are less than $100, and tax is less than a grand. I walked away. Now they won’t stop trying to contact me. (Not to mention while test driving one of their used cars, the salesman went with us which is annoying, AND was badmouthing the Nissan that we were having inspected, saying how bad that make/model Nissan car is… at a NISSAN dealership!!).
