My new 2019 Ford F-150 truck is the third truck I've purchased through Charlie Moriarty at Heritage Ford. Even when I come in for service, he will say "Hi" and chat for a while if he is not with another customer. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles and willing to take the time to show you new features you may not be familiar with, especially since I only get a new vehicle every 10 years or so.

The vehicle we wanted was unavailable at the time we arrived at the dealership so one of the salesman reassured us he would do everything he could to help is find something we liked. We went home with nothing and that salesman called us a week later and let us know the vehicle we wanted was available and did everything in his power to hold it for us until we arrived while there were other people interested. He made us a priority and we appreciated that. When we arrived Maddie was amazing with my children and the staff was all so warm and welcoming. They make you feel so comfortable like at home. They have entertainment for your kids and free snacks and donuts! While I was filling put paperwork maddie helped with my children and they loved her! All staff we worked with had wonderful personalities including our salesman Dan. When everything was complete and we were about to leave we were given a gift. We now have our vehicle and we couldn't be happier! After 2 weeks of ownership they even checked in with us to see if we needed service. Amazing place! Highly recommended!

I went into Formula Ford to look at the new Fusion AWD. I was greeted by true professionals that know their product inside and out. After visiting other dealers that just tossed us the keys, it was refreshing to be educated about the car we were interested in. Repairs Completed OK but lookout - Lincoln Driver
My Lincoln Navigator was towed here while I was traveling nearby. It took a week to have my repairs completed (warranty work) but it did not really bother me as I had a rental car. The dealership had no loaner vehicles available but assured me I would be reimbursed for the car rental as my warranty entitled me to a loaner. Three months later they still have not reimbursed me. After two months of gentle reminders, emails from me and phone calls the Service Advisor stated they would send me a check blaming Lincoln corporate for the delay. Another month - now 3 months and I still have not been reimbursed. It seems that because I am from out of state they don't care that I am part of the Lincoln family and can just stiff me. I am giving them a 2 star rating because the repair work was fine but if you are from out of state (or local) I would go elsewhere. They give Lincoln a bad reputation and will impact my decision to ever buy a Lincoln again

Both times I have brought my vehicle in to the service portion of Bokan, it had left with noises that weren’t there before. The last time, I was told I would need to pay $1,000.00 to fix my brakes before they would inspect it. Stone’s in St. Albans quoted me $400 for the same job. starting today I am no longer bringing my vehicle to Bokan’s.

This dealer is one who ACTUALLY CARES about the impression and reputation their service leads to. I went to Barrette's with low hopes of being able to get out of the car I was in due to the negative equity. But Sara not only got me thousands more for my trade than what any other dealer would give, she went even farther and got another $500 for it, bringing me within $1,000 of what I owed. She stayed past closing time to let me pick up my new vehicle/sign my paperwork. This is a family owned business and they WILL work with you! No pushey gimmicks or pitches. They're honest, genuine people and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for the BEST deal!!! SUPERIOR SERVICE AT THIS DEALER!!

Ted Green Ford, specifically Ray in service, helped us out in a real jam. The clutch on my 2009 Subaru Impreza was failing to engage and stopped very near to Ted Green Ford..... Ray provided kind & professional service quickly. We were travelling and Ted Green Ford welcomed us and our 2 dogs - My dogs were welcomed with some treats and they even provided us with a ride to go and get a rental car. Ray was great at keeping us updated on the progress of the car. The car was fixed very quickly and for a very reasonable price.
