Lack of communication - 11infiniti
After sending an email inquiry about a vehicle on the website, "internet sales" (Peggy) kept insisting I come in to see the vehicle. Explained I lived 90 minutes away and wanted to talk #'s through email/phone. No no just come in. I agreed, was told via text and email, 20 min before I arrived, to ask for Larry. Upon arrival I was told NOPE, no Larry today. Then I was told they did not have the vehicle I drove 90 minutes to look at. "It's on order" and so was my 2nd choice (both were listed on website) Peggy in internet sales should have known that and conveyed that message before insisting I come see it. Jason was phenomenal. He tried, but price offered for color I really did not want was not gonna work.

I went into Formula Ford to look at the new Fusion AWD. I was greeted by true professionals that know their product inside and out. After visiting other dealers that just tossed us the keys, it was refreshing to be educated about the car we were interested in. TJ Valle and Todd Mobley did everything in their power to make the new vehicle work for us. Never once did we feel pressured. It was like working with old friends. I would highly recommend TJ, Todd and the whole team at Formula Ford. They are top notch.

Nothing went well. This was the worst experience I've ever had using a dealer maintenance shop. My car had a flat tire and since I have a tire warranty I had my car towed to Paquins. The next morning I called and told them to let me know when it was done and I had less than 100 miles due before my oil needed to be changed. So at 2:00 I called to check because I hadn't heard from them and Andrew advised me the oil change had been done- which I don't believe since they apparently can't order any parts and did not replace my sticker. He also advised that they could not replace my tire because they can't order any for at least a week and when I told him I need a rental then he completely refused. I ended up calling another Ford and they took very very good care of me. This service department is a sorry excuse for what Ford stands for and should be completely shut down. I will never ever recommend or bring my vehicle there again. What's the point of having a service department that can't do anything? The other Ford where my car went took immediate care of me getting a tow truck, servicing my vehicle and gave me a rental for how poorly I was treated at Paquins. My vehicle is completely under warranty and I should not have been refused a rental. This is a huge issue that needs to be addressed immediately.

This dealer is one who ACTUALLY CARES about the impression and reputation their service leads to. I went to Barrette's with low hopes of being able to get out of the car I was in due to the negative equity. But Sara not only got me thousands more for my trade than what any other dealer would give, she went even farther and got another $500 for it, bringing me within $1,000 of what I owed. She stayed past closing time to let me pick up my new vehicle/sign my paperwork. This is a family owned business and they WILL work with you! No pushey gimmicks or pitches. They're honest, genuine people and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for the BEST deal!!! SUPERIOR SERVICE AT THIS DEALER!!

Bad service bad people But they think it real funny. They have no communication skills. They hung my front end of the truck with wire ties and said it was fine. But if they put bolts in , it would cost me.

While on vacation and visiting family we thought about looking at Escapes in Vermont to compare what we wre looking at back in Massachusetts and were surprised to find two Ford stores one just like the Big City Mega Stores like back home and the other was just the opposite. Small,friendly, personal and definitely unpretentious. Both Ed the Sales Manager and Mike the salesman were great. Ed worked very hard to get me top dollar for my high mileage trade and was able to offer me considerably more than the other dealer in Burlington. Mike went out of his way to make sure I understood the Sync hands free phone system. I can't thank those two enough. Made it painless and fun. Will definitely recommend Lamoille Valley to all my friends. Special Thank You to Steve in the finance office, got me a great rate and made that whole mumbo-jumbo make sense and easy to understand. If you are looking at at Ford make sure you look here!

Ted Green Ford, specifically Ray in service, helped us out in a real jam. The clutch on my 2009 Subaru Impreza was failing to engage and stopped very near to Ted Green Ford..... Ray provided kind & professional service quickly. We were travelling and Ted Green Ford welcomed us and our 2 dogs - My dogs were welcomed with some treats and they even provided us with a ride to go and get a rental car. Ray was great at keeping us updated on the progress of the car. The car was fixed very quickly and for a very reasonable price.
