My dealership experience in Charlottesville was absolutely awful, and when I moved to the valley I was so happy that CMA actually behaved the way a customer would want. To Carmen, Harry and Rory, I want to thank you each for being so great every single time I’ve come in. I’ve brought complicated problems with my vehicle and the honesty and amazing customer service you’ve provided each and every time gives me hope that there actually people who care about people in this industry. These three people have been nothing but honest, nothing but friendly, nothing but trustworthy. While my Subaru experience has not been great (and I’ve owned two in the last 15 years) that’s the manufacturer’s issue, it’s never been this department that has given me trouble, never been this dealership that’s given me trouble. My hat is off to this service department for never giving unsound advice, for always going the extra mile, always making sure we got every mile out of my car that we could. Lack of compassion, leadership and mechanic knowledge - Lack of Compassion; Frustrated

Purchase the 2012 Hyundai Sonata GLS car and picked it up on 6/2/2016. The car drove well on the test drive(s) and the day I drove it home. The days following my purchase, I started experiencing brake problems on the car. My sales Charles McCord instructed me to return the car and let their mechanics look at the car. 3-4 days later I took the car back and the mechanic claimed he didn't see or hear anything out of the ordinary. Everything was normal. I told him he was incorrect. I do have enough general knowledge about the mechanics of vehicle to know what is normal and abnormal. The mechanic claimed he "greased the brakes/lubricated them" and turned the rotors. That was incorrect because you can not lubricate brakes..............Give it time and the brake dust should go away. FALSE!!!! Less than a week later, the exact same problem. I take it back again; they SUPPOSED to have put new brake pads/shoes on the back of the car because the sound is louder. I did not have to pay for any labor or parts. But I did pay to have the tires rotated and balanced. Everything sounded and looked good after waiting for hours. Once again,here we are on the 3rd week, I am right back with the same problem again; scrubbing and knocking sound coming from the back of the car.. These mechanics at the dealership are CLUELESS on how to properly diagnosis the problem. I called them on the morning of 6/27/2016; telling David for the 3x time about the problem. His solution was he did not know what to tell me, I was basically on my own. He tells me why don't I take it to a mechanic in NC. What??!!! It has not even been 30 days yet!!! David was sarcastic and did not care about me as a customer and the trouble it has brought to me. He did not care. I told him I had contacted NCDMV and Virginia DMV and my bank about the matter and possibly would be returning the car. He did not care. He told me to do what ever I needed to do. No Compassion at all. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. My salesman Charles (Chili) was wonderful but the other salesman and mechanics are horrible!!!!

I recently had my 2003 M3 towed to the dealership 2 days before my scheduled appointment. The counter staff were very nice and helpful. They took my car in a day early and had it diagnosed within hours of being there. The mechanic, Rusty, walked me through the Non drivability problem I was having. I noticed how well kept the mechanics service department was, their well-kept uniforms and all-around attention to detail. John, the operations director guided me through the entire process and kept me updated throughout. My part came in quicker than expected and had it finished the same day. I am very impressed with how this was handled and will definitely use them in the future. I'd also like to give a very grateful thanks to John and Rusty for an outstanding job!

THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! DO NOT GET FOOLED INTO BUYING A CAR FROM HERE! The only reviews that are good about this dealership, are made up from the workers there! I know this because I bought my 2004 Audi A4 from them on 11/23/2013 and they wrote a review up here "Pretending" to be me. They are scammers and once they had my money, it was not their problem. My car broke down the night after buying it!!! And all that sweet talk before I bought the car, about them willing to fix any problems was bs. The manager himslef, Shawn, told me to my face that maybe next time I will buy a new car and not a piece of metal from him. He said very disrespectful things to me and shows that he is a womanizer and has to respect for women at all. He basically took advantage of me being a single female trying to buy a car. My cars frame was bent and will not pass inspection. He sold me a TOTALED CAR!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! I have reported them to the BBB, they will surely be shut down asap!
