When it comes to old fashioned customer service, and going the extra mile this is THE dealership that goes above and beyond that standard. They offer the type of customer service my grandfather said existed in his day and was far and few these days. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Shelby and Galen. These two individuals were wonderful and helpful with my situation, they went above and beyond any expectation I've ever had for a car dealership. Galen asked me question on what I was comfortable price wise, and what I wanted to be driving. I wasn't optimistic of the chances of success as I had fallen short at other dealerships, but Galen and his amazing team at Buick GMC of Bellevue pulled off this feat as if no big deal. I was astonished at the level of dedication the whole staff puts in to make sure the customer feels as comfortable as possible, there was no attempting to sway me to a different vehicle just to make a sale. They ensured that the sale they made ensured the customers happiness was at the core of that sale. (In which Shelby was a fountain of information on everything related to buying cars. There were many many many things that she educated my wife and I on when it comes to the nitty gritty of car sales and buying, which I am grateful for as purchasing vehicles is quite the dive sometimes). Even when some issues occurred after the sale (which the staff stayed late to work with me, which is absolutely phenomenal and well above the highest expectation.) Galen and his colleges put the issues at the front most urgency and did everything within their powers to once again make sure I was taken care of. I can not give enough praise for the level of professionalism, and customer service I experienced at Buick GMC of Bellevue. I will more then happily tell people of the type of care this dealership has for its customers and the above and beyond services they posses!!! 10/10

I bought a car here and within a day we noticed that the alignment was completely off a couple days later the check engine light came on in the engine went and safety mode while I was driving and basically turned off. I can’t come until after 30 days to fix the car for the warranty and when I was told to come in the day I told him about the engine I came in and then they sent me back out and said I have to wait 30 days after I Went over this on the phone with him. He told me 30 days then they can take a look at the alignment when I told him about the check engine he told me to come in I asked him about the 30 days he said just to come in I’ll take care of it and when I came in they sent me back out within 30 days so the car body or didn’t even last a week before I ran into all kinds of issues

Literally cant say enough great things about this dealership and the salesman we worked with! Jeremy Cruz helped my husband and I find the truck of our dreams and we are beyond grateful! He was so patient with us and did not pressure us into anything we didnt like. We visited this lot several times and got all the answers we needed as well as an amazing deal from Cody that we couldnt pass up! We couldnt be happier with our 2019 GMC sierra AT4 and are looking forward to buying the rest of our future vehicles from Jeremy! Jeremy was so polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient! Not even worthy of one star! After 6 months of promises to get me the $1000 rebate I am due, they did nothing! GM (Andy Flynn), Sales Mgrs (Pedro Acosta and Brian Roberts) and office manager (Katie) never responded to me once. They screwed up when they submitted my car deal (per email from salesperson) and didn't fix it. I did everything per their instructions and got screwed out of $1000 in accessories! Years ago I worked for a dealer for ten years- this stuff is not rocket science but they were clueless! This behavior is what gives car dealers a bad name! I would never buy help any of their poorly run businesses again. My sales person (Austin Snyder) tried to help but wasn't able to get anything done. Lots of promises- zero kept. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought a brand new 2020 Jeep Cherokee from UAC approx 5 months ago. Drew Snider is absolutely incredible at his job and made the buying process fun and easy. He is the only reason I am still happy I bought my car locally. However I would honestly not recommend this dealership because of their service center.
Approx 1 month ago my vehicle started having problems shifting and randomly would not come out of park. The first time it got stuck in town for a day and half because it was the weekend and wouldn't work. It randomly came out of park and I called the service department. Initially they told me they couldn't get me in for another week. After telling them this was unacceptable since the car literally could not be driven reliably they found a spot for me. I dropped my Jeep off early in the morning and they had it all day. Eventually calling be fore they closed saying they couldn't recreate the problem so I could come get the car and gave me the number of Chrysler to call next time it happens to have the car towed. 4 days later the jeep again would not shift out of park, I call UAC service and the tow number. I waited 4.5 hours for a tow truck and when it got towed to UAC they looked at my car, they told me it was probably my fault and I must just be shifting wrong because they can not get the car to fail. However they state they are going to order a new shifter anyways just in case that is the problem. They inform me the shifter is back ordered and they will call me when it comes in. In the meantime because they inform me there is absolutely no way they can give me a loaner car, "they don't have loaner cars," the service tech teaches me a way to override the shifter if it happens again. I thought great at least this way I won't get stuck at work since I drive 160 miles to the west side to work.
I go to work a couple days later and attempt to drive home.....the car will not come out of park, I attempt the override and it does not work. I am stuck at a gas station for over an hour because of this issue. Finally after multiple attempts and people trying it the jeep comes out of park. I call UAC they tell me there is nothing they can do to help me, the shifter will be in in four days and I can bring it in there. I ask them for a loaner car or a rental since I have to go to work they say their hands are tied and it is impossible. So here I am with an unreliable car that randomly will not work that I have to drive over the pass.
The car goes in to get the shifter changed. They have the car all day. I get the car back and a few days later same problem won't come out of park. I then manage to get the car back to UAC and they keep my car overnight without an update, without a phone call. When I call the next morning they say they just forgot to call and dropped the ball. They state they still haven't checked everything out and are waiting for Chrysler support to call them back. They state I will call you back in 20 mins. No one calls. 4 hours later when I am headed out of town I stop by because I need things out of my car I get a "oh i was just about to call you." They hand't heard back yet and forgot to call to follow up. 3 days later I get the car back with a Chrysler recommended we do the computer updates and everything will be fine.
At this point I am just waiting for it to happen again and hope I can actually make it home. I know that the car not working is not the dealerships fault. However the incredibly poor customer service is. I have multiple videos of what is happening when it won't come out of park. I have had numerous people try it when it happens, something is failing. The hard part for me is I just spent of 30,000 on a new vehicle, bought the VIP service membership and over the course of a month I can't get a loaner car or even a smidge of help to have a reliable car to drive to work.
Poor Communication, Wasted My Time and a Day of Work - Matt Sinnes
First off I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this place as we had a great experience. The Service Department, on the other hand, was awful. About 2 weeks ago I took my truck to get the tires rotated at Les Schwaab. The manager came to me and said they could not get the wheel off because the lug nuts were so tight and suggested I bring it back to the dealer.
I call the Service department, let them know the situation and made an appointment. When I got there they said they would have to order me another rim because the other one is stuck on there and they would have to ruin it to get it off. All in all so far not a big deal everyone makes mistakes. They said they would order the new rim and call me when it came in. I got a call the very next day asking to come back down to the dealership because they messed up and needed to get more information on the rim. No apology or anything for me having to take time out of my day to go down there. I get down there and wait an hour. They come out and said the wheel should be here in 3-4 days we will call you. Six days go by and I have not heard a word from these people. When I called I talked to a very nice young man who said he was sorry nobody called me and that the rim came in the day before but they were booked that day and could not get me in until Tuesday. I asked how long it should take when I was there he said no longer than a couple of hours. When I came in for the appointment I got to the service center at 7:45 AM for my 8 AM appointment. My truck did not get done tell 1:30 PM in the afternoon! I went up and asked the lady I was working with and all I got was a bunch of run around answers. The best answer was "well we did not have the correct weights to balance your wheels so we had to run and go get some." No apology. Not only did I waste an entire day but the communication throughout the day was horrible. I should not have had to go and ask them what was going on.
I am a very forgiving person but this was a horrible experience. I did not have to pay for anything thank goodness but the communication should have been better and I should not have had to sit there for five and a half hours. They have loaner car programs for a reason. At the very least tell me to just drop it off and have me come back later in the day. I would not recommend anybody going and getting service at this dealership.
