I dropped off my 2011 GMC Yukon (that I purchased new from Carr Cadillac Buick GMC) in for service. I was met by the Sales Manager James Quitugua, James took upon himself to ensure that I was taken care of in a timely manner. When I returned the following day to pick up my vehicle I again ran into James, in the coarse of our short conversation James picked up on the fact I had a question. I was introduced to the technician that worked on my vehicle, Steve Knight. Steve cleared up my question and gave me complete confidence. Josh was my sales rep, and he was amazing! I was coming up from Portland by train and he even picked me up at the station. He got me into the car I wanted for well under budget (Brand new 2017 Chevy Spark LS for $9,800! I'm from Oregon, so no sales tax). The whole experience was great, no hassles, everything was smooth sailing, and everyone at the dealership was really friendly. Two weeks after purchasing a new 2018 intermittent problems began occurring. Two are very dangerous! The diagnostic machine used in the service dept couldn’t find the problem after two attempts. They did a global reset and more problems popped up. They will NOT do anything to rectify this situation.

I went on to Clyde Revord of Everett Wa website put in my information my ZIP Code to get the best price on the Internet off of their Internet ad after going in test driving the vehicle I loved it but when it came down to buying the vehicle they said the Internet didn’t calculate the RTA tax properly.
Then when I tried to negotiate a deal and a few Accessories I wanted the salesman went and talked to sales manager they came back with the price close to $2000 more than what I had Anticipated paying and told me that If I didn’t buy it for that price they were going to trade it to a dealership in Portland Oregon well needless to say I Shook the man’s hand and left.
A week later I looked on the Internet they still have the same truck for sale same Vin number and they raise the price by almost $1200 for the Black Friday special that’s so special if Yasmine I would never do business with this GMC Dealership.
After this I called Seaview GMC and ended up buying a vehicle from them while I was there two other people came down from Clyde Revord GMC complaining of the same type of problems bad salesman bad sales manager.
I just look they still have the vehicle for sale .
Drove 3 hours (one way) with an appointment to see a car - meljay
DO NOT COME HERE! We drove for three hours from our house to this dealership to see a car. We made the appointment with Sansom on Christmas Eve to see it on the 26th. We checked in every day, and messaged him saying we were on the way. We received a phone call after 2.5 hours of driving saying that the car we had scheduled to see was being sold to someone else. He said they had a similar option for a similar price, so we drove the last 30 minutes to the dealership. Sansom then left work before we got there for our appointment, so we talked to Johnny. Turns out that the vehicle Samson mentioned was double the price. Wasted an entire day and almost two tanks of gas to be xxxxxx around.

I just had the best possible customer service experience when I bought a used Ford truck from Ruddell Automall. I called about a truck that was listed on line and asked if they could hold it for me as I live a few hours away. They were happy to hold the truck for me and answered all my questions...even volunteering a few minor cosmetic issues the truck had without my asking. I took a no pressure test drive and then was able to take my time looking over the truck with out a salesman looking over my shoulder. They gave me a great deal on the truck and allowed me to leave my other vehicle on their lot until I came back to pick it up a week later.
It's now one week after I purchased the truck and I feel like I got a great deal on a fantastic used truck and would definitely return for any future car or truck purchases.

Poor Communication, Wasted My Time and a Day of Work - Matt Sinnes
First off I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this place as we had a great experience. The Service Department, on the other hand, was awful. About 2 weeks ago I took my truck to get the tires rotated at Les Schwaab. The manager came to me and said they could not get the wheel off because the lug nuts were so tight and suggested I bring it back to the dealer.
I call the Service department, let them know the situation and made an appointment. When I got there they said they would have to order me another rim because the other one is stuck on there and they would have to ruin it to get it off. All in all so far not a big deal everyone makes mistakes. They said they would order the new rim and call me when it came in. I got a call the very next day asking to come back down to the dealership because they messed up and needed to get more information on the rim. No apology or anything for me having to take time out of my day to go down there. I get down there and wait an hour. They come out and said the wheel should be here in 3-4 days we will call you. Six days go by and I have not heard a word from these people. When I called I talked to a very nice young man who said he was sorry nobody called me and that the rim came in the day before but they were booked that day and could not get me in until Tuesday. I asked how long it should take when I was there he said no longer than a couple of hours. When I came in for the appointment I got to the service center at 7:45 AM for my 8 AM appointment. My truck did not get done tell 1:30 PM in the afternoon! I went up and asked the lady I was working with and all I got was a bunch of run around answers. The best answer was "well we did not have the correct weights to balance your wheels so we had to run and go get some." No apology. Not only did I waste an entire day but the communication throughout the day was horrible. I should not have had to go and ask them what was going on.
I am a very forgiving person but this was a horrible experience. I did not have to pay for anything thank goodness but the communication should have been better and I should not have had to sit there for five and a half hours. They have loaner car programs for a reason. At the very least tell me to just drop it off and have me come back later in the day. I would not recommend anybody going and getting service at this dealership.

Purchased my daughter a 2008 GMC Acadia from Chance in May 2018, November 2018 she started having transmission problems. We took it to our local GMC dealer since we live in Coeurdalene. She needs to replace the WHOLE transmission...... You can't tell me this dealership did not know...sold us a lemon!!!!
