Luke Danduran was great to work with. I called him, or he called me for 3 straight months at least weekly...during the whole-- order to taking delivery process. Walked me through from start to finish, kept me updated, and followed through on pricing with no surprises. I had a million questions and requests during that period. Luke always answered promptly and with no complaints (I called alot). Paul form finace was also great to work with over the phone. I live 2hrs away and this whole process was over the phone or email. Steve Dewey was great to work with as well. Walked me through everything and was super easy going and knowledgeable. He even followed up that night, and the next few days after I purchase. Recently purchased a 2017 Trax with Jarred K. He took the time to listen to my concerns and really strive to be a excellent sales guy. Our first encounter he wasn't pushy or trying to give the sales speech. Later on that day he called me regarding a trade in value for the vehicle I use to have. Surprisingly they gave me another $500. I liked that he took the incentive to go above customers expectations.
I did have some minor hiccups with the auto body shop but, overall the end result was the icing on the cake that will make me recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

I'm not surprised to see other reviews saying good things about Cody. My used Silverado purchase went very smoothly and Cody was very helpful. The business manager Mike offered the usual add-ons but was not pushy and did not try to bluff me into a higher rate than I qualified for as I've experienced with other dealers, which I really appreciate. I moved to the area two years ago and bought my first car at Bergstrom Oshkosh. A year later, I needed to trade it in for another, much bigger car for hauling kids all over the state. I needed a dependable car, one where I am not in the shop every 3 months, but I am a new teacher and money is tight with 4 kids, a student loan, and life expenses. The manager, Mike, took the time to sit with me and list all the must-have features I needed, list what kind of miles I drive, and list how much room I would need for equipment and suitcases. He then turned me over to Cody Oleson, one of the nicest, most down-to-earth sales reps I've met. He also reviewed the list of what I needed and gave me many choices. He was incredibly patient as I drove *all* the choices and brands and made him sit in all the seats to rate the comfortableness and roominess of the second and third rows (I have very tall kids). He was such a good guy about it and never hesitated to help me, answer my weird questions, or give me the extra information I needed about my top three choices. Financing was easy and quick!! ***UPDATE** Changing my review from two stars to one. Its been over 3 weeks and I still dont have my air filter. Service manager said he would look into it and get back to me. That was over two weeks ago. I havent heard anything since then. I had to have a local tire shop swap the tires back around. Fortunately, unlike Bergstrom, they knew what they were doing. ***Update**
Took my Cadillac in for a simple service of oil change, tire rotation, filter change. I mentioned to the service advisor when I dropped the car off that the car comes from the factory with staggered tires. Meaning the tires in the rear are wider(and with different profiles) then the tires in the front so when they do the swap they can only go side to side with the tires they can't go front to back. The next day after my service I noticed that they did swap the front tires with the rear tires. My car is now garagebound until Bergstrom can fix this. You would think a premier Cadillac dealer would know this. Also they didn't have the air filter in stock so I have to go back for that. I'll definitely take my car to a different Cadillac dealer next time for service

My husband already did some diagnostic work before taking it in only for them to tell us the issue was what my husband ruled out, low and behold after parts came that wasn’t the issue, but charged us for parts and labor anyway. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache and $$$.

I purchased a 94 Geo from Scotty T! It was awesome!! He let me take that son of a xxxxx off roading right next store the price station!!!! A real mans man if you know what I mean. He was not judgmental at all regard my situation. I am a single woman who is not with any man but needs a car for work and fun. Normally men in cars whistle or honk their horn at me. Scott was a perfect gentlemen. He has called or texted me every day since I bought my car 4 months ago. He even offered to take me out to dinner or to Wisconsin Dells for a weekend!!!! What great service. I might upgrade to the 96 model soon. I will go through Scott!!!

They washed the car I was buying and left it outside to freeze so after I signed everything and went to drive it, it was frozen and wouldn't let me move. Also when I was looking for a "cheaper" car there was only one, that was a sad selection. The financer Jason lied and said I had no choice and needed to buy their powertrain warranty, found out that wasn't true so I canceled it. Had to take the car back 6 times in 1 month because the engine light kept coming on again and again. They eventually got the problem fixed. The other sales manager made me cry on my 5th visit when I tried to tell him I was upset, driving an hour every time 6 times total. But oh well! Its fixed now and I hopefully never have to go back. Got a good car and finally running good.
