I went in for an oil change for a leased truck 12/30/2017 that was my daily driver that I was making the payments for but in my wife's name because at the time of leasing I was in an active bankruptcy. Since I had been discharged earlier this year I had wanted to find out about when this lease ends in 2 years what would my chances be to buy this truck then or lease a new one. So I asked Robert and to my surprise we could work a deal to get a new lease to more what I was looking for right now, and end the other lease. That's when John went to work and Robert and John worked a TON of magic and miracles for me. I came out of an oil change appointment with a new lease, in my name, rebuilding my credit. The trucks look identical except the new one has the Z71 package and my V8!! Plus a a lot more other options, instead of the stock LT and the V6. These two have been great for me with both leases and I can't think of seeing anyone else. Dealing with these two guys the first time went beyond them just trying to sell a vehicle just for profit, which is their job, but went into building a personal friendship also. And that's rare. I need to give Adam a shout out also. I didn't deal as much personally with him as I did Robert and Jon, but he was also involved in making this all happen for me, this time and with the first lease. These guys rock as a team.

Wonderful experience as always! Aaron is always on point with Customer service and really takes strides to ensure the customer is well informed on requested and required service. Although I am not in the market for a new vehicle, Joe always is pleasure to chat with while my vehicle is being serviced. I just purchased a 2017 Corvette from EVS, without even stepping into the dealership. I live in Florida, found the car I wanted on the internet, then made a call to the dealership. Being very apprehensive about this long distance transaction, I was very lucky to have Randy Mickelson answer my call. I had a great feeling about continuing the purchase process with Randy, he answered all my questions, requests, and concerns ( yes, I'm one of those picky Corvette guys ) in a polite, factual, and quick manner. I also had a quick conversation with George Pyskir to clarify one of my concerns. I decided to pull the trigger and purchase the Grand Sport, which I am extremely happy with my decision. Randy oversaw the loading of the car on the transport to get the car to Florida, sent pictures, and just handled everything. Randy and EVS should be the model for new car dealerships, no pressure, no wild claims and no add-ons at the end. THANKS GUYS !! Gene H.

We returned last week to purchase our 2nd Cadillac from Boucher Waukesha. We traveled from Madison (again) to buy here, as we feel the dealership is far superior over our local Cadillac dealership.
The staff are more down to earth and less "sales-man-y", which is very important to us when we are purchasing anything.
We have had nothing but great experiences with Jim Z., our super-salesman, and also the other staff. We feel welcomed always when we stop in and we will be back in the future for our 4th Cadillac.
We will not shop anywhere else, and we will only stop in when Jim Z. is working! =) (everyone else is fine, but when you find your sales person, you find your sales person!)

I bought my car in August of 2014, 3 weeks after I bought the car, they had to replaced the transmission, now 2 years later I brought the car back and told them the issues and they kept it over night and did not fix what I asked them. I took the car to a dodge dealership only to find out they have to replace a 2 year old transmission. When I called to find out the warranty on the transmission the service department (Mike) tried to argue with me about what I asked them to look at. He was rude and I am surprisingly wondering why he still has a job there. I would not have them work on a go cart. Poor service department and lack of professionalism. Do not let them work on your car!

Called about a car. Set up a time to come test drive it. Asked them to call me in case they sold it since I was coming from an hour and half away. They said "no problem we'll hold it for you". Drove all the way there to find they sold it 2 hours before I got there. They claimed someone call me but I had no missed calls or messages. They said "sorry someone was supposed to call you, but are there any other Cas we can show you". These people only care about a sale! No morals!
Took my Honda in for an alignment ... now handles worse - Gail
Truck now has a severe left pull. O'Malley claims it's the new tires, or the tie rods, or the age of the vehicle or this or that. They claim the vehicle was in perfect alignment which is hard to believe since the left pull is a lot worse. Bottom line .... paid a higher price to have a Honda dealer do the alignment. I would have had better results and less expense if I had Fleet Farm do it.

Nothing had been ready for us when it was time to pick up. We were to get window deflectors and did not, had to ask about our mats those, we received. We've had the car two weeks now and have not heard a word from the dealership, or our salesman. I would have figured that Larry would have gotten to us at least to apologize for the mess up when it came time for us to pick up the vehicle. He explained that everything would be ready for us when we got there at 2 and we were there until 4:30. There were also two other occasions that we were at the dealership and Larry would let us sit in his office from anywhere 1/2 hour to 50 minutes while he helped other customers. You know Bergstrom screwed my parents on 3 different occasions, we should have and I wish we had taken our business elsewhere!!! Your business is horrible!!!!!!! We had cash in hand, we should of had much better service than we did. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE FROM BERGSTROM!!! Forgot to mention, you know we were told the car was fully detailed, what a mess, spray spots everywhere, smugges, took stickers from front window and never washes, scuff marks on drivers door, oh and get this, looked like frosting crumbs all over the front seat. Not happy!!

He was not judgmental at all regard my situation. I am a single woman who is not with any man but needs a car for work and fun. Normally men in cars whistle or honk their horn at me. Scott was a perfect gentlemen. He has called or texted me every day since I bought my car 4 months ago. He even offered to take me out to dinner or to Wisconsin Dells for a weekend!!!! What great service. I might upgrade to the 96 model soon. I will go through Scott!!!

I went in tehre to purchase a 2005 Nissan Altima and they wanted $1000 over retail value for it. They wouldn't budge on the price. They said they had too much invested in the car. For instance they said they spent $1800 on tires and brakes. The sales manager all but told the salewoman to get rid of us when we started to make offers. I thought this was going to be the case at a Bergstrom dealership and now I know for sure. If you want bargain at all for a car avoid Bergstrom. They think they are better than that.
