My experience at Palmen Buick was simply wonderful! They team structured staff was there for my every need. I was so happy to be surrounded around friendly, professional, informative people. I must admit I was very skeptical about going into dealerships because I feel pressured and inadequate because I'm not a car lover. But these guys ( Mike & Mike) made me feel comfortable and very much involved in the entire process. What I mostly liked was that my wants and needs mattered to them. They didn't disregard what I wanted and needed just to get a sale. The environment was warm, clean and welcoming.
Mike Mattner was so very patient with me, and I was very impressed with his open honest knowledge of the vehicle I purchased. He was the perfect sales person for me. I was unsure if I even wanted the car and he spent extra time with me simply listening and conversationg about how this purchase would be conducive to my life. He and other staff stayed 2 hours past closing time and never once made me feel as if I was a burden to them.
Mike Hogan, oh boy oh boy. :)Personality Plus! I enjoyed him so very much. Big smile, big personality, and big passion about what he does. I feel like I've met a new friend for life. He sealed the deal because the original deal didn't fit my budget or my "want appetite "but he came back with the perfect deal for me. I felt a since of sincerity behind all that Personality and Gift of Gab. LOL!! It took 2 visits but Mike was diligent in making sure I became a happy customer. Happy I am, as well as very grateful that I encountered the Palmen family in Kenosha. I hope and pray we have started a long lasting relationship that I can be proud of. I walked away with one of the prettiest cars in the lot (in my opinion) and I'm thankful to everyone that helped in the entire process.
PS- I didn't see the gentlemen's name in finance that finalize all the paper work, but he was great as well.

Cadillac Quality. Cadillac established a reputation for being the finest available. They faltered. So, I kept my 2002 xxx for85,000 miles. I believe they have worked hard to regain that status and I am trusting them to deliver. So, I invested in a 2017 CTS luxury Sedan. Trim, fit and finish is excellent. I won't know how well it performs in real life for at least another 25000 miles. Service: I have trusted my vehicles to this dealer for over 18 years and I have never been disappointed.

They washed the car I was buying and left it outside to freeze so after I signed everything and went to drive it, it was frozen and wouldn't let me move. Also when I was looking for a "cheaper" car there was only one, that was a sad selection. The financer Jason lied and said I had no choice and needed to buy their powertrain warranty, found out that wasn't true so I canceled it. Had to take the car back 6 times in 1 month because the engine light kept coming on again and again. They eventually got the problem fixed. The other sales manager made me cry on my 5th visit when I tried to tell him I was upset, driving an hour every time 6 times total. But oh well! Its fixed now and I hopefully never have to go back. Got a good car and finally running good.

We returned last week to purchase our 2nd Cadillac from Boucher Waukesha. We traveled from Madison (again) to buy here, as we feel the dealership is far superior over our local Cadillac dealership.
The staff are more down to earth and less "sales-man-y", which is very important to us when we are purchasing anything.
We have had nothing but great experiences with Jim Z., our super-salesman, and also the other staff. We feel welcomed always when we stop in and we will be back in the future for our 4th Cadillac.
We will not shop anywhere else, and we will only stop in when Jim Z. is working! =) (everyone else is fine, but when you find your sales person, you find your sales person!)

I bought my car in August of 2014, 3 weeks after I bought the car, they had to replaced the transmission, now 2 years later I brought the car back and told them the issues and they kept it over night and did not fix what I asked them. I took the car to a dodge dealership only to find out they have to replace a 2 year old transmission. When I called to find out the warranty on the transmission the service department (Mike) tried to argue with me about what I asked them to look at. He was rude and I am surprisingly wondering why he still has a job there. I would not have them work on a go cart. Poor service department and lack of professionalism. Do not let them work on your car!

Called about a car. Set up a time to come test drive it. Asked them to call me in case they sold it since I was coming from an hour and half away. They said "no problem we'll hold it for you". Drove all the way there to find they sold it 2 hours before I got there. They claimed someone call me but I had no missed calls or messages. They said "sorry someone was supposed to call you, but are there any other Cas we can show you". These people only care about a sale! No morals!
Took my Honda in for an alignment ... now handles worse - Gail
Truck now has a severe left pull. O'Malley claims it's the new tires, or the tie rods, or the age of the vehicle or this or that. They claim the vehicle was in perfect alignment which is hard to believe since the left pull is a lot worse. Bottom line .... paid a higher price to have a Honda dealer do the alignment. I would have had better results and less expense if I had Fleet Farm do it.

This is an update on the Toyota tacoma I purchased now 1 year ago this month. So far I have had the steering shaft replaced 400 some odd $$ ... ALIGNMENT,,,, brand new front struts.... ouch!!!!! ANOTHER ALIGNMENT Lower ball joints double ouch!!!!!! ANOTHER ALIGNMENT rear shocks, they were SHOT!!!! Now I was just told by a highly regarded technion that he is 90% sure the rack and pinion is the reason my steering gets dangerously out of control on uneven back roads and pavement bumps and upsets the suspension so dramatically. This truck aboulutley makes me SICK!!! I have NO MORE MONEY to sick into it. I curse EVERYTIME I have to drive it. I almost forgot to mention.........the vehicle air bag warning light is on, which I can ONLY ASSUME means I or my passenger has no effective airbag, WOW! and no horn.can you say bad "clockspring"??$$$ cha-ching,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,clear the CODE,,,,, all looks good,,,,2 months later it comes back on........hmmmm I am currently looking for a different truck,, and i'm not joking, I figure I am about 3 grand upside down now if I trade in..... again. I put put my faith and trust in people that I thought would take care on me, as I have many many many times in the past with other dealers and ALWAYS got a GREAT vehicle,,, NOT ONE complaint NOT ONE,............same price point ......................

I purchased a 94 Geo from Scotty T! It was awesome!! He let me take that son of a xxxxx off roading right next store the price station!!!! A real mans man if you know what I mean. He was not judgmental at all regard my situation. I am a single woman who is not with any man but needs a car for work and fun. Normally men in cars whistle or honk their horn at me. Scott was a perfect gentlemen. He has called or texted me every day since I bought my car 4 months ago. He even offered to take me out to dinner or to Wisconsin Dells for a weekend!!!! What great service. I might upgrade to the 96 model soon. I will go through Scott!!!

I went in tehre to purchase a 2005 Nissan Altima and they wanted $1000 over retail value for it. They wouldn't budge on the price. They said they had too much invested in the car. For instance they said they spent $1800 on tires and brakes. The sales manager all but told the salewoman to get rid of us when we started to make offers. I thought this was going to be the case at a Bergstrom dealership and now I know for sure. If you want bargain at all for a car avoid Bergstrom. They think they are better than that.
