Everyone was pleasant to deal with until the end. Living 2 hours away, they were patient with our phone and text communication to get a deal done. I was able to do a quick visit to eyeball the car for my daughter. A deal was reached, and due to her financing, it was delayed by two days. After two days, the check was in hand, and the pic was sent to the Sales Manager on Wednesday morning, as we planned to be there on Thursday at opening. Only to find out the car was sold the night before. I was told they sell cars, not save them. I get it, but when a customer has a bank check for the car, and you have had it on the lot for 90 days, it's just bad customer service. You have the right to sell as you did, but it certainly doesn't show any sense of being customer-centric. I was told it was my fault for not allowing them to try to discuss financing with my daughter. After how things went, it looks like I made the correct decision for her first car-buying experience.
