I don't even know where to begin..... We are used to dealership that have sales personnel hounding you from the second you get out of the car to following you through the lot. This IS NOT THAT PLACE!😊 We were able to look at vehicles, walk around without anyone present. Once we went inside the gentleman at the front desk helped us with what we were looking for. His name is Austin Carrigan. He was attentive, patient, kind, informative and a great communicator. The sales manager also named Austin was attentive and present if any questions needed answering. The finance manager was sweet, attentive, informative and personable. Everyone there made you feel comfortable and welcomed and not pressured to purchase at all. I highly recommend this place.

I went to Southern Palms Mazda with little hope of getting a vehicle because I only had a fair credit rating, and no downtime payment. I did have a loan from another bank for $6,500 and a 2009 Nissan Altima, valued at most for $1,500. In short, I was searching for a Unicorn. I then met Mr. ROBERT NELSON, their salesman with over 25 years of experience selling cars. From the beginning, I knew he was sincere; when we were discussing the vehicle I was interested in acquiring, my AI was on,listening, and confirmed that ROBERT was correct and honest about everything he stated. He presented a 2021 Hyundai Tucson SE in mint condition with low mileage. I must add that their Finance Officer, Eli, who has an MBA in Finance, found ways to bring down the numbers to make the deal affordable for me; I'm on a fixed social security income. He added some extra perks to make it even more affordable. I didn't need the loan from the other bank since Eli gave me a better rate. One last note, their Insurance Broker, Javier found me a quote better than my carrier of 12 years. Their manager is one of the best who approved it all. We bought a great SUV last weekend. There was no pressure and he let the car sell itself. We feel like we got a fair deal for a great vehicle. Payton was great to work with, and he has communicated with us twice since we bought the car to make sure we were happy with our decision and that he could help us with any questions we may still have. Great follow-up. Everyone at the dealership was polite and ready to help. We appreciate the service we were given. We also liked the atmosphere at the dealership. No Gong, no loud music, no hotdogs, just great SUVs and wonderful service.

Thanks to the reps who looked for ways to make the service more affordable! I liked the fact that the appearance of the public area was super-clean. The silent workers who refilled the snack counter- the bathrooms and floors need to be appreciated. Could not find any discounted coupons which could have HELPED WITH THE OVERALL BILL of $800. Wondered why I had to pay $18 extra for the use of a credit card when I paid $300 in CASH which I had been quoted was the cost of the All Point Service until you added the extras.

I was looking for a new Mazda CX5 Select for my daughter. I found a great deal online at Gainsville Mazda. I called them and Scott very quickly prepared a really good, clear and transparent quote for me. I live in Atlanta,GA. But the deal was so good that I went to Gainsville to look at the car. Scott and Blake helped me throughout the process. Scott went out of the way to give me a ride from a bus stop. Katie was amazing as well. Overall had a great experience. I got a new Mazda for the price of old Mazdas that already had 35-40000 miles on them. I got great service as well.

I work and he took care of everything answered any questions that I had and always answered his phone and returned calls in a timely manner. Very welcoming and thorough in their service. I just purchased a Miata Sport. Series. Any and all questions were handled patiently and honestly. The sales representative, never pressure or pushed the sale. If he, or any other had done so, I would've left without buying. Christopher De Varona spent quite a bit of time advising, etc. He even helped me make some determining decisions regarding auto insurance. This Miata is a second vehicle. With his help I am now paying less for insurance coverage on two vehicles than I was paying for my other alone. Same if not better coverage too. Another fellow (Lawrence) also offered great assistance. Both delivered my new car to my residence, which is no small convenience. They have also been very clear that I am more than welcome to contact them if I have further questions. I will. Willie (manager) was extremely approachable. I got a fair price, a good deal. There is no doubt that I will recommend this dealership to my friends and acquaintances!
