Had the worst experience in the service depart on 8/18/25. My appointment was at 7:45am for a basic oil change. This was not completed until 2:30 pm. There was no communication from the service advisor, even after I left him 2 voicemails. He never returned my phone call I called and talked to a manager. He stated there was an issue with the paper work. But again, I'm not sure why that would prevent a call back after 2 voice mails. The whole service department seems to be disorganized since the moment i arrived. A lot of employees around, but just seem to be standing around. This included what seemed to be a few managers as well. All in all, a terrible experience.
