I am so thankful for Al the salesman and Anthony in warranty. This has got to be the most wonderful experience I ever had buying a used car. They were so patient, knowledgeable and made you feel like family. They really go out of their way here. I had had such a miserable can't believe this actually goes on at a different dealership by another make vehicle (not going to bother mentioning this dealership) when I had bought my last car previously and the experience here was so calm and incredibly fantastic that I literally wanted to sob on Al the salesman when I bought my beautiful RAV4.
