It was the first time we experienced Westbury Toyota and we are glad that we happened upon Denni who spent time with us showing us the different trucks we were considering, explaining the differences and features of each. At no time did we experience any “hard sell” or what you would imagine are the car salesman selling techniques that aggravate and unduly influence an unsuspecting customer. Instead, we were treated to warmth, honesty and a willingness to work with us to get the car that we wanted at a reasonable price, mutually agreed upon by his management and my CFO, i.e., my wife. Denni, besides being knowledgeable about the products he was selling, clearly let Toyota’s build quality and Westbury Toyota’s many perks and services speak for themselves.
