From our initial call to R&R we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Mike made us feel like family and was extremely helpful through the test drive and the end of handing over the keys to my new car. Mike made sure I was informed when my car arrived at the dealership and helped me through all the filing of the paperwork and my GM work discount. Mike made sure he reviewed the features on my new car and also helped me set up my on star app as well also the My Chevorlet app on my phone. The dealership was also very clean and welcoming. Kevin made the signing of the paper work a breeze and he was also very friendly and explained all papers I was signing. My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. From the first interaction with our sales guy to the final interaction with the finance manager and everyone in between, we had exceptional service. I called on a Monday morning to inquire about a vehicle we saw. They told me they would have it ready for us to look at and test drive after work. When we arrived they delivered on their word. They gave us space to test drive and look over the vehicle. There was no pressure, no snakey sales man slithering around us. The finance application was seamless. They provided us with a loaner vehicle since we traded ours in and the vehicle we were purchasing wasn’t detailed and fully ready yet. There was open communication the ENTIRE time. They went above and beyond to help us with a financial matter from their other dealership. This issue had absolutely NOTHING to do with them but the exceptional customer service they have, they stepped up and helped us anyway. There were no surprise costs, no surprise additions to our sale. Communication was open the entire time and the sales manager took his time to answer our questions. I would absolutely recommend Miracle CHEVY if you’re looking for a vehicle. My husband and I are very pleased with our vehicle and the excellent customer service we received.

A small town dealership offering old fashioned personal customer service with the selection and technological capabilities of any new dealership. The owner himself greets the customers and offers an unmatched level of customer service you won’t find unless you travel back in time. The service department is friendly and knowledgeable providing me with a loaner vehicle every single time I’ve needed any service and will even drive over an hour and a half to drop off or pick up when needed. The drivers are courteous and polite too. When it comes time to trade in my vehicle I will again go to Regester.

My wife and I had a great experience at Klick Lewis. We were at a dealership the day before and were not acknowledged for at least 10 minutes and finally gave us one offer and we asked for more and they said we can't due business if you would like more, unbelievable answer. When we got to Klick Lewis the next day we walked straight to the trucks outside and before we got to the truck area Bryan Houser asked if he could help us. My wife and I knew right away we were at the right place. Every person on the sales team said hi to us and one was at the door on his way out and held the door for us and said hi as well. This sales team is being managed by Joe and I left him know how well we were treated and he is doing a great job. Bryan our salesman was so exceptionally helpful and had us drive multiple trucks and could explain every detail of the truck inside and out. He also went to bat for us and got us more on our trade that we couldn't resist. This was not our first vehicle from Klick Lewis and we definitely recommend this dealership to everyone we know. Steve in parts has always went to bat for me every time I ordered parts and did research on questions I had and always got back to me. The truck we bought has been nothing but a great experience and Bryan even picked up our truck where I work and had the accessories installed and filled the gas tank and brought it back to my work. That in itself was a great addition to everything they have done for us from the first step we placed on their lot. GREAT job to the whole team at Klick Lewis...! I found a 2025 new car online at this dealership's website. Car on the lot. I called sales on phone to purchase. Confirmed trade in price with the salesman who checked with his manager that all was good. They even gave me the trade in price, and I gave new VIN to my insurance. Told salesman (A) that i would also be putting down $5,000 cash. We set a time and meeting day. I called to confirm our meeting the night prior and was told they had taken a deposit from a woman and I can have a very similar car to the one I had chosen. They never reached out, they never asked for a deposit (I offered as I was putting cash down), they tried to blame a new employee for being inept even though manager was involved. All in all a shady and DECEPTIVE dealership. I would avoid at all costs as there are so many other Chevy dealers in this area!

I had an oil change with them. Then approximately a month & 1/2 later with no prior problems, had a major oil leak. I took it to another mechanic and it was determined that it was to much oil added. I took it back to Bob Fisher and the overflow mysteriously disappeared but the damage is done.

Awesome buying experience!!!! I drove to John Sauder Chevrolet of Ephrata on 10/14/24 to look at 2 trucks. Tim Weaver was my salesperson. He was attentive and while I was out for a test drive they took the time to look at my trade in. By the time I came back they had all the numbers ready to go over on the truck and trade. I received a fair purchase price on the purchase price of the 2022 Trail Boss and the same on my trade in. The credit application and buying process was pretty flawless. No wasting time on either end which I appreciated with my busy schedule. Patrick Byrnes was amazing! He went over all available options and answered all my questions. The process at the end was quick and efficient. Actually one of my better buying experiences from a dealership. No pressure, clean showroom and nice choice of vehicles. The next day after the purchase I realized there were wheel locks on each of the tires but the key wasn't in the glove box. One call back to the dealership and Patrick had me taken care of with an appointment the next day. Their service department was super nice to deal with and accommodating. I also had an opportunity to interact with their parts department on obtaining a bed mat and I encountered the same great service. Today it's hard to find great deals and the best value for your money along with exceptional service. I can tell you with my experience you will find both here. Patrick is a class act and appreciated doing business with your dealership because of him and his team.

My recent vehicle purchase was my first experience with John Sauder Chevrolet. I will admit that I went into the dealership with an attitude, expecting to encounter the stereotype of salesman that had been formed in my mind by previous negative experiences with New Car Dealerships. Kirk Newcomer dispelled those notions as his professionalism and apparent honesty brought me back into a comfort zone which allowed me to make an informed decision about my purchase without pressure and without the feeling that I must be on guard for any deceptive practices. Kirk was very knowledgeable and responsive. He was eager to find answers to any questions I posed, and he was very helpful in finding the exact "up fit" equipment which I desired for my new work van, so that upon delivery I had everything I needed. Communication with Kirk was readily available and he followed up quickly on every detail. Kirk did his best to provide a buying opportunity which gave me options in finding a solution to my needs that were in my best interest. Bottom line: Buying a new vehicle from Kirk Newcomer and John Sauder Chevrolet was a positive and pleasurable experience. I drove out of the dealership feeling satisfied instead of "taken". I will be a repeat customer.

Terrible & Dishonest - Sugg Never Again

Sold me a car that was in an accident and had water damage without telling me. The car had tons of issues and the dealer did absolutely nothing to help. I should have pulled the carfax before I bought the car. I found all of this after the fact. Stupid me. Do not buy from this dealer, very dishonest. I bought their recommended extended warranty to find out they wouldn't fix it (blown transmission) because it had water damage. Useless.

They Lie and will rip you off - unhappy

Purchased a 2015 with a Tow Package. They had a hitch on it but it was not a tow package. The vehicle with a Tow package can to 4500 lbs with just a hitch 2000lbs. I purchased one with tow package, my paper work states with tow package, to pull my camper, I notified dealership they said sorry but they don't care. Then sails man told me to get a lawyer because they have lots of them. I wander why does a dealership have lots of lawyers, maybe because the lie and rip people off.
