I leased my first new car at Vision and I had a great experience! The sales person was very nice and not high pressure at all. He listened to what I wanted, and even emailed several options with the payment breakdowns the next day. They gave me a fair trade in on my car, and were very efficient with the paperwork. He took the time to show me all the new features of my car and answered all of my questions. Previous visits to other various dealerships were not a positive experience for me. There was lots of waiting around, high pressure sales, and mistakes. But Vision is much different and I highly recommend them!

BEWARE - Worst AUDI service department ever! Brought my Q3 in for routine maintenance - including a $450 four wheel alignment - before my trip to Florida. The steering wheel is now off center to the left and the vehicle drifts right. Can’t take your hands off the wheel even for a second! Tried to get it right back in but I have to make an appointment and they can’t get me in for a week! I now have to either postpone my trip or go to another dealer at my additional expense to have it re-aligned! I tried to speak to the service manager. Still no call back. Asked to speak to general manager at the dealership - he’s on vacation for a week. They could care less about my drivability and safety issue! AUDI is great brand but this dealership tarnishes their reputation! GO ELSEWHERE!
