I was visiting Bridgewater, Virginia from out-of-town and my Forester was overheating. I took it to a local mechanic on a Friday morning and he was too busy to fix it. He sent me to Bob Wade Subaru in Harrisonburg and I am so glad that he did. I called the dealership and they said to come right up and they would check it out. I arrived and they took my car right away, as well as letting me bring my very furry senior labrador retriever into their waiting room with her travel bed! They were incredibly kind and my car was fixed in short order. I do not think I have ever visited a more relaxed and responsive dealership. Thank you!!

Didn't call me back after test drive. - Jamie

I test drove a 2002 Chevy Avalanche (orange). I test drove it on a Thursday. Sun roof leaked. Owners said they would fix (most likely drains clogged) and call me back the next day (Friday) so that I can come back and take a look and another drive. I was going to purchase this vehicle. I never heard from them. I called today (Monday) and I was told the truck was sold. I sure hope they fixed the leak or the next owner will be very upset. Beware that they won't get back to you even if they say they will. It wasn't meant for me and I won't go back to this dealership because of this experience.

Greg Shaffer has been a friend of mine for many years. I was excited when Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes opened their doors. The reason I am giving this review is, not only did Greg and Dave fix my problem as a friend, they will take care of everyone at Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes. I found I had a leaking tire on a recent trip to Virginia and was leaving to come back to Pittsburgh on Monday. I contacted Greg and met him at the dealership Monday morning. What I thought was going to be a quick fix turned out to be more than repairing my tire. Dave, the technician who took great care of my car, did more than fix my tire. He ended up making 2 trips to a local tire distributor to replace my badly worn lug nuts. This is how Greg operates and this shows the kind of people he has working at Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes.
