We recently purchased a car from Battlefield Toyota Dealership. Our salesman, Wayne Moody, was great to deal with. He went through the inventory and found exactly what we wanted. We were able to take it for a test drive and purchase it the same day. We were there due to our car being totaled and in need of a new one. Wayne was sympathetic to our needs and supportive during this process. Emily Schuyler our finance person, was equally fantastic. Our family has purchased several cars from Battlefield Toyota and it has always been a good experience.

The customer service my husband and I received was above and beyond. I had been looking online at multiple dealerships and Haley had the best price on my top choice vehicle. We went on a Friday at 6pm to look at the vehicle and talk numbers on my trade-in. Haley gave me more than any other dealer had offered for my trade and got me right where I wanted to be with my monthly payment on a my new vehicle. Eric, the salesman who helped us answered every question, stayed after hours, and ensured that everything went smoothly with the finance side of things. I can't say enough good things about Haley, this is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from them and we will continue to be loyal to the Haley group as they have always treated us fairly and have the best price around.

A completely refreshing experience! We spent about six months shopping for a Grand Highlander Hybrid and contacted upwards of 20 Toyota dealerships from Virginia Beach to New York. A lot of dealerships use the very high demand for this vehicle to justify higher prices ($3-5K above MSRP), mandatory high profit margin add-ons, non-refundable deposits, and other consumer-unfriendly practices. They also tended to adopt a "take it or leave it" approach to optional equipment with no flexibility to deviate from the build sheet as allocated from Toyota. On the other hand, Madisen at Haley Toyota of Richmond was completely flexible from the beginning, working with us to add and remove optional equipment to suit our needs. She was communicative throughout the process, from allocation, through the build phase, and approaching delivery. Pricing was very fair and transparent, as was the valuation on our trade-in vehicle. There was no pressure throughout the process, and the day-of experience with Madisen was very smooth and painless. Even though we live a couple of hours away, we will definitely consider purchasing from Haley Toyota of Richmond again in the future!

My son had the pleasure of working with Tiffany to buy his first new car. The one he wanted wasn’t available for about a month, so he put down a deposit and waited. Unfortunately, while waiting, his current car started having issues, and he had to find something else quickly. He ended up needing to cancel his order and get his deposit back. Tiffany was incredibly understanding and kind throughout the whole process, even though it meant losing a sale. We really enjoyed working with her and getting to know her! In fact, we had such a great experience that we ended up chatting with her about a car for ourselves—and today, we made that purchase!
