I would give this dealership 1000 stars if I could. They went above and beyond for helping get my car fixed. You couldn’t ask for a more honest place to take your vehicle to be serviced. I couldn’t say thank you enough for them and all they did for me and my husband.

While traveling this past weekend , our lemon of a Dodge Magnum broke down on us again. This car has less than 10000 miles on it & has been in theshop many times. Our regular dealer was of no help to us in this matter, & since we were out of town Chrysler sent our Magnum to the Accident Garge to be fixed. While witing for the service I jokingly told one of the salesmen I would love to trade back to a PT Cruiser, but out regular dealer told us that would not be possible because of the amount we owed on the Magnum. Suffice it to say that 2hrs later we were driving away in a new PT , leaving a verytroublsome Magnum behind. The Accident Garage will be the dealer we go to next time we are looking for a new car. After my first purchase of a 2020 wrangler I bought “certified” and spent more time in the shop rather then the road, I couldn’t resist the sale I saw online! $63,000+ ram 3500 for $43,000! I called and verified this price was accurate because it seemed too good to be true! I was assured this price was correct! I drove over an hour away and was met with a low ball offer because my “jeep had clearly been off roaded and needed a ton of repairs” my Jeep had never seen anything other than pavement since I owned it! When asked what needed repaired the appraiser/ manager became suddenly lost for words. Needless to say I purchased a brand new pickup from a competitor dealer the next day.

I want to thank Joe Urse service director for taking the responsibility for the issue and he took care of everything for me. He had promised to take care of what was improperly done and he did quickly. Thank you for your help.

He worked with us to get an agreeable price for both of us. We are enjoying our Charger and would definitely go back to Solomon in the future

TRI STAR DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTIES. Purchased several Chevy vehicles BEFORE dealership purchased by TRI STAR. Last vehicle purchased BEFORE public was aware that Centennial had been sold twice since 2017. Three warranties purchased for the Chevy in 2017. Vehicle has less than 24,00 miles. Recent issue with vehicle (not specifically known at this date.) Not known? TRISTAR REFUSED TO HONOR WARRANTY. Their "discretion" to REFUSE. GO FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM TRISTAR. Recommendaiton #2: file a complaint with AG of Pa. against dealerships that refuse to honor expensive warranties when the time comes to correct a problem.

Made an appointment for my 2013 challenger.I needed an inspection,oil change,and a tire rotation,Great service as soon as I went to the service desk.I was waiting on my car,and within about 35 min,it was done,but it was suggested to me to have the air filter changed and my cabin filter changed also.I was already there and I knew they both needed changed for sure,so I said yes go for it,they did it in a timely manner and it was done.YAY.Im not sure of the guys name,but he was great and kept up to date everything.GREAT SERVICE.And the cashier lady is so sweet,she has been there a long time.Just want to say THANK YOU,and keep up the great service.

I took my Grand Cherokee to get service and repairs. After 6 months of poor and incomplete work done by their mechanics, I will never return. So sad because they are the closest dealer. They can't even get a recall repair right.

This dealership is family owned and treats you as an extension of their family. Sales team works as one unit getting you the best deal you'll find in the area. Sales staff works hard finding you the right vehicle even if it means taking the time locating one with in their dealership network. My sales rep Ben Hathway wasn't pushy nor did he persuasive me to give up certain amenities just to make the sale. I truly loved buying my new 2013 Ram 2500 diesel because Ben was able to make my buying experience almost hassle free, unlike all the other dealerships I dealt with. Ben made sure, since I was new to the Ram family, that i was comfortable with my new truck by explaining all the different features and benefits that came with buying a truck at Rotolo's Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I would recommend everyone to stop in, if your in the market for a new vehicle. After buying my new truck, I even convinced my brother to stop in and he purchased a new Ram diesel just due to the fact of the friendly atmosphere.
