They have taken care of me for years and I was in Vegas for work and they picked my old Fiesta and did thousands of dollars of work on my older car, while I was gone and parked it back at home before I got back and that was one of my vehicles!! My 20 ST always goes there for any type of work I need because Ashley will go out of her way to please the consumer!!! Very nice lady and treats you with respect and consults with you to inform you of anything that needs attention or repair!!!

My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!

My email question was ignored by this salesman, whom I will not name. So I decided to make a call. I was told the salesperson was in his office. The call was routed to an already full voicemail box. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave a message, so I called back and spoke with another sales representative. I ask if you could pull my application for preapproval before I come to see the vehicle about 5 minutes later, claiming that he cannot find it. The original salesperson who ignored my email question also has a full voicemail. Then call me back without identifying yourself or the dealership. So I am taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this dealership. These are red flags, and it's troubling that there are too many dealerships to take your business. This is far worse communication than I experienced.
