Awesome experience buying my 2026 Ram! My sales person Jessica Hajek was very friendly and professional in my dealings with her. Jessica kept in constant contact via text and phones calls answering my many questions. She negotiated a great deal for me! The dealer ship had a 3 rd party company spray in a bed-liner and unfortunately that process covered the truck in overspray. It was not the dealerships fault but they assumed ownership of the issue and had the dealerships detailer Tyreece do a wonderful job removing the overspray and detailing the truck so it was spotless! Jessica stayed on top of the issue ensuring I was taken care of! Shout out to sales manger Mike for also taking care of my issue and not just brushing it under the table! I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!

After I got home I started checking the papers I had signed and seen they had charged me more than what Carfax had it listed for. So don't do like me and trust these people. If you deal with them check everything because they are not trustworthy. BEWARE!!!!

Called on September the 5th 2025 (called on three different occasions even left a voicemail on one of them) they didn't return my call had some questions about my vehicle about safety of driving to the facility for a faulty transmission. As of now I'm still waiting on them to call. This is not the first instance I've ran into with this facility. They have the stigma I believe that once the vehicle is off the light the customer is no longer valid. It's really sad that a Dodge dealership in this day and time would not even return a voicemail I did leave the phone number. But as of yet I have not heard anything from them I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere yet this is the closest place to my home again I may have a faulty transmission and it may be safe to drive I'm not sure I was wanting to talk to a technician about the issue I would even give him $20 if they would just call me but it is later on on a Friday afternoon so I guess they stop off early once again it's really sad I do not recommend.. !!!

Legal is involved. Jeep needs to issue national recall per 4 different dealers! Owners/Jeep rep make fun of buyer in back office! Have recording! Have not once reached out to customer to try and fix issue! They will not stand behind product! MFG OR OWNER! RUN!!!
