This is the second Genesis we have purchased in the last three years here at Paramount Genesis. We have had 110% sales and service from the very beginning and will always recommend Paramount Genesis to our family and friends. Jamie Wright has always gone above and beyond for us and is not only our salesman, but has become a good friend as well. Laney in service has the same drive to give us the best service experience possible. She always makes sure we are aware of whats going on during the service and keeps us up to date on appointments. The finance department (Colby Cloninger and Karrie Powell) went out of their way to help me with my finance and service packages and patiently went through them all and answered any questions I had. In closing, Paramount Genesis is number one on our list of dealerships we have had experience with. Keep up the good work!

Bought a new Palisade from Modern Concord. Our salesman was Hugo Marin and he did a super job. His customer service was outstanding before, during and after the sale. Paul Dozier (Finance Mgr.) was also outstanding. Would recommend this dealership along with Hugo and Paul to anyone!

Took my car in Friday for the first complimentary service (oil change and tire rotation). Had an 11:00 am appointment and service took almost a full hour. Came out, signed their paperwork and when I went to get in my car I saw they did not, in fact, rotate the tires! I knew because one of the tires had a red mark on it as it was new. Spoke with service manager Matt and he said they'd do it right away, sorry for my wait and that the tech (Colin Walsh) was an hourly employee and "would not be working there anymore starting Monday". I drove an hour to return to Flow, where I purchased my new car in June, thinking perhaps loyalty would matter. I'm only 20 minutes from Modern Hyundai in Concord, so I'll be going there from now on, hoping they don't literally lie to the customer the way Flow did.

I spoke to Mett before going to this dealership. I told him the payment that I was willing to pay. I gave him all of my information and he supposedly ran the numbers and advised me that he had 4 vehicles that would definitely fit that payment...his words were "No Problem...we can do that!!!. Once I arrived., we looked at the cars that I had to choose from, I chose the one that I liked and after waiting for well over an hour was told that the payments would be 200 dollars more than what I was told. I could understand if I hadn't gave him my info, then they would be able to say its dependent upon credit score etc, but he had that info. This was simply a deceptive sales tactic to get me there. Another customer who was there told me that she was done the same way, just be honest with people!! I still bought a vehicle but I don't feel good about it at all!! Beware!! I have 2 relatives that will be down next month specifically to buy two cars...They wanted brand new Hyundais, I need a upfront and trustworthy place to take them!! The way that I was treated here was so very unfair, you would think they would have given me a free oil change or something!! Lol, not funny at all! Deal with people like you would want them to deal with you!! That's 2 huge sales that they lost!!!
