Call me stupid. - Karol

Call me stupid. 4th time buying car here. Current loan was with Mazda for 4.96. Did not get pre approved before going so first mistake. Trading Mazda 3 turbo 3 years NO damage 14,000 miles. Second mistake. Just getting older annd it was harder to get out of it. Wanted a car to retire in. I have a HIGH credit score (800+) with little debt. Found a CX5 that drove just okay (nothing like my Mazda 3. Came down to the negotiation. The man Told me the best rate he could get me was 5.99.(lie) I told him my current rate and said that 5.99 was crazy. I tried to leave. He said rates are going up next month. And I could refinance with envision CU for no fees. (Lie). Stupid me went through with it. Before I left one of the guys said “we are so excited because they won’t send us any Mazda 3 turbos”. Totally did not tell me that before so screwed me there. About 6 months later after not receiving “denial letters” from where he ran my credit I looked at my credit report and noticed only ONE hit. Which means he Only ran credit through Mazda financial. Wonder how much incentive he got for my loan with Mazda. MAD!! But told myself I just have to live with it. NOW I receive notice that I now have to pay $10 to use the Mazda app to be able to crank my car, lock my doors, etc. WHAT????? Was not told that. Had my other Mazda car for 3 years and NEVER had to pay to use the app for my Mazda car. They DID not tell me this wasn’t free and I would only have a years trail. That would have been the deciding factor. I would have left with my car keeping my lower interest rate and without being screwed. Yes. Call me stupid because I’ve been calling myself that for a year. I’m so mad at myself because I am now owe 10,000 more than what this car is worth. Mazda depreciates that much because the cars engines are horrible. NEVER again will I buy a Mazda especially from this dealership. Buyer beware. I’m gonna pay it down as fast as I can so I can trade this car in. I will NOT retire in this car. I have called Mazda corporate and will continue until someone listens.

We just bought a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe here, walked away - rcross519

We just bought a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe here, walked away with a really good car for a great price, and got a fantastic deal overall! Every single staff member we encountered was super friendly. I was highly impressed that several employees even remembered my name after introducing myself only one time—that's top-tier customer service. They provide complimentary coffee and water, and they were very quick to offer a cold soda or bottled water while we waited. Our salesperson, Ton, stepped in and was absolutely super helpful throughout the entire process. The only reasons I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 come down to the appointment handoff and a couple of facility maintenance issues: We had a scheduled 11:30 AM appointment with Glenn, after inquiring online someone called to set an appointment. Glenn was busy with another client and had another waiting after that, which is totally understandable. However, no one took the initiative to communicate that to us, we ended up waiting about 45 minutes when I approached Ton and asked him about helping us. It would have been great if someone had simply stepped up and said, "Hey, Glenn is tied up right now, would it be okay if another salesperson took care of you instead?" rather than just leaving us in limbo. The showroom AC definitely needs to be adjusted, I know theirs tons of glass open to the outside. The employees were visibly sweating while working in the warm indoor temps, which isn't great for them or the customers sitting there for hours. Also, the sink in the bathroom had water running that couldn't be shut off, I let a couple employees know and they said they would let management know. Overall, a great team and an excellent deal on a car! Fix the showroom temperature and front-desk communication, and it’s a flawless 5-star experience. If you are looking for a vehicle I'd reccomend you stop by. If they don't have what you are looking for I'd be willing to bet they will try to find it for you.

We were car shopping online and found they have the vehicle we like. Contacted them via email and they were very friendly and they responded quickly. Understood our budget limit and kept us updated if there's any changes on the price. Special thanks to John King who patiently answered my questions about the vehicle. Unfortunately we could not make a deal but I would recommend them.

Our experience at Ultimate Image was exceptionally awesome. We were looking for a SUV and we had some credit issues but that didn't stop my Sales guys we first met with Bobby West and if you ever go there you will always remember him he's such a down home kind of guy. No matter what obstacle tried to get in our way Bobby continue to try and let me tell you about Garrett Cofield although I was getting a little unsure of our getting the car this man came and introduced himself to us and got the info and I can tell you we walked out with a smile on our faces those guys over there are AWESOME. Princ Chevrolet was amazing - I bought my 2021 Suburban remotely - selected the vehicle - they took it from there - drove to my house for me to sign paperwork and pick up information on my trade-in - when my truck arrived they offered to deliver it to me, but I wanted to drive that truck home myself, and honestly meet my salesperson face to face. Grant was great to work with - great communication, great follow-up, he continues to check in on my satisfaction 4 months after purchase. B

Leah Reynolds was very knowledgeable about the entire - Coutiea

Leah Reynolds was very knowledgeable about the entire process and was very friendly and professional. She did an awesome job educating my husband and I about every Vehicle we were interested in and knows quite a bit about each one of them. She even took great care of us with snacks and drinks while we waited. She also made sure our vehicles were set up and ready to go. This certainly shows why she had been Employee of the month multiple times! Go Leah!

Quick and Easy - AdamM

I live about 3 hours away from Hobson in Santa Rosa County, FL, but they had the vehicle I was looking for at a heck of a price. We worked everything out over text and email, I drove up there and got back on the road in a hurry. Even factoring in the drive time, it took less time than my last car purchase did in town. They were able to get better financing than I could get using the lowest local credit union in my area, and handled the tax/tag/title flawlessly, too, which is not always best for out-of-state purchases. Next time I need to buy a car, I'm just going to send Bubba what I'm looking for and wait for him to find it.

This is the worst dealership in Georgia. - mdstrans50

This is the worst dealership in Georgia. Took over a month to payoff trade. Mike at the dealership is a “BIG LIAR” stay away from this guy. Almost screwed up my credit by not paying off my vehicle in a timely manner. I had to drive from the Tallahassee, Fl. area back to the dealership to make them payoff my trade-in and print a check for a late payment on the trade-in.

No help only want your money. - Willis mad

If you dont have at least a $2000 or more. They will not help you. And 321 rebuild credit is a joke. This dealer and 321. Does not want to help you unless you have perfect credit and lots of money. They tell you Jack Ellis will call you back and he never does. Screw outlet and jack ellis
