I recently purchased a car entirely online from this - Don L.

I recently purchased a car entirely online from this dealership, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire process. From start to finish, it was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable...something I never expected when buying a vehicle sight-unseen over the internet. Amir was hands-down the most cordial and professional salesperson I've ever dealt with. His communication skills are truly remarkable. In a world where most dealerships take forever to respond and leave you deciphering vague, mumbled explanations, Amir stood out immediately. He is incredibly articulate, clear, and easy to understand...every single word and detail came through perfectly. I could tell right away that he’s a sharp, highly knowledgeable professional who actually knows the cars inside and out. I asked him very specific, technical questions about the vehicle, and he provided thorough, honest answers without any hesitation or sales pressure. He was upfront about the cosmetic condition and repeatedly encouraged me to review the detailed photos carefully, which I appreciated. That level of transparency built complete trust. When the car arrived, it was exactly as described...no surprises, no disappointments, and no hidden issues whatsoever. It matched the pictures and his description perfectly. The shipping was also impressively quick, which made the whole remote-buying experience even better. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever set foot in a traditional dealership again. This is now my go-to dealership for any future purchases. I’ve already recommended them to my son, who is currently in the market for his next car, and I have zero doubt he’ll have the same outstanding experience. If you're considering buying online, look no further. Do yourself a favor and ask for Amir...you’ll be glad you did. This dealership has earned a customer for life! Highly, highly recommended.

Mingo, the service advisor, provided great service during - ardrew13

Mingo, the service advisor, provided great service during my vehicle repair. He walked me through the process, answered my questions, and seamlessly set up my rental. When the repair was complete, he ran through the rain to get my vehicle and, since I forgot to mention it earlier, made a quick repair order and replaced my wiper blades before I left. I am optimistic about the repairs,l because of his explanation, and if I need to go back, I hope I work with Mingo again.

Excellent Service! - e_tlassiter

Excellent Service!! Driving through Mount Dora on Saturday (we are not local) our GMC Sierra suddenly went into "limp mode", would not go faster than an idle, engine light on and stated "reduced acceleration /drive with care". Very scary situation. Called service dept just before 10am and spoke with Jack. He said they may not be able to fix anything before 1pm closing, but could hook to computer to check codes. Jack was helping multiple customers when we arrived sometime around 10:30. As soon as it was our turn he quickly used his device to scan for codes. A serious recall a month and a half ago that GMC never notified us of caused the Fuel Pump Power Control Module to fail. Before noon our truck was repaired and back on the road. My local GMC dealer does not even service on Saturdays. The GMC dealer I purchased from will only do services on Saturdays - any repairs or recalls must be SCHEDULED during the week. This was done for us in 1-1/2 hours with no appointment ON A SATURDAY. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! I cannot express how much you saved our weekend! We will remember Sam Boswell GMC! Tight lines, Jack!!

From start to finish our experience with Haney Wasef was - twopalms62

From start to finish our experience with Haney Wasef was top notch. With all the choices of vehicles online, he made our decision to purchase our 2023 Hyundai Tucson at Drivers Mart an easy one. His no pressure approach, knowledge, kindness , and patience made the process a pleasurable experience to say the least. He spent a considerable amount of time showing me the key factors that the vehicle has to offer answering any and all questions that I had before we left. I would highly recommend Haney to help you with your car purchase. Also, Abram in financing was professional, thorough and patient with that process as well. The whole experience was beyond the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. Thank you so much! G & G

Bobby helped me with my purchase and was genuinely easy - Vincent Gerson

Bobby helped me with my purchase and was genuinely easy to deal with. He listened, showed me a few possibilities, and let me compare them without hovering. I eventually settled on a vehicle that felt right for me. The process was quick enough to be convenient but thorough enough that I never felt like anything was being skipped.

We had a great sales experience at Lexus of Orlando. - Marcus

We had a great sales experience at Lexus of Orlando. Uriel was excellent—professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with throughout the purchase. Unfortunately, our experience with the finance department was disappointing. We were never offered the promotional interest rate advertised on their website, even though we believe we were well qualified for it. Instead, we were given a much higher interest rate without any explanation of why the promotional rate wasn’t offered. We would have appreciated more transparency and a clear explanation of our financing options. Uriel provided great service, but the finance experience took away from an otherwise positive purchase

Friendly staff, clean waiting area. - Sol

I am newer to the Casselberry/Winter Park area and have - bbgsis0313

I am newer to the Casselberry/Winter Park area and have identified Classic Mazda as my dealer of choice. I have been extremely pleased with the entire service team and the overall customer experience. From my first interaction, the team has been welcoming, professional, and consistently focused on providing excellent service. Recently, I chose Classic Mazda for my next vehicle purchase, and the experience was truly exceptional. The process was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish. I had been communicating with Michael Sheehata regarding what I was hoping to accomplish with this purchase, and he exceeded my expectations. He was attentive, highly knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle and solution. At no point did I feel pressured; instead, I felt heard, respected, and well-informed throughout the entire process. Jose in Finance was also a consummate professional and made that portion of the experience smooth, efficient, and positive. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and helped make the final steps of the purchase seamless and stress-free. Both Michael and Jose are outstanding representatives of the Mazda brand and the Classic Mazda dealership. Their professionalism, customer focus, product knowledge, and genuine care made this a memorable and highly positive experience. It is clear that Classic Mazda values its customers and takes pride in creating long-term relationships, not just completing transactions. I am grateful for the outstanding service and would confidently recommend Classic Mazda to anyone looking for a dealership that delivers both quality and care.

City kia is complete xxx. - Mikey

City kia is complete xxx. Their service department is complete trash. The service manager doesn't know his xxx from his elbow. Literally messed up my brand new K4 when fixing a window button. They literally make you do good reviews in exchange for free gas or oil changes. “If you don't give us a perfect score then we suggest you not do a review.” They literally will give you a piece of paper with the “correct” answers for a review. AVOID AT ALL COST! Especially the service department!
