7 hours to process a purchase of a used car with a 830 credit score is really sad for a lady who is 80 years old and Brandon couldnt find a way to get it done, I watched in disbelief the wheels of finance move very slowly . buying a car on a friday and being told your checks and credit cards are unacceptaple was shocking , I have been in the financial business for 40 years and I couldnt believe what was happening to my friend. someone should be accountable to answer the hard questions

Avoid Galeana at All Costs – A Truly Awful Experience Our experience at Galeana was nothing short of infuriating. From start to finish, we were given the runaround, misled, and left with a $500+ bill for absolutely nothing. We brought our car in with two specific concerns. Instead of addressing the issues, the service department charged us nearly $500 just for diagnostics—not a single repair or solution was provided. To make matters worse, their only advice was that we should consider buying a new car. We tried to explore trade-in options but could never get a straight answer about what our vehicle was worth. It felt like we were being deliberately strung along. After days of frustration, I decided I no longer trusted them and asked to take my car back. They refused to return the keys because the "right person" wasn’t available—an unbelievable excuse for a basic request. When I returned the next day, I was presented with a bill for over $500, despite no actual work being done. We were treated dismissively, given no real answers, and left feeling scammed. I will never return to Galeana, and I strongly recommend you stay far away from this dealership. Their service is dishonest, disorganized, and disrespectful. Think twice before trusting them with your time, money, or vehicle.

The bank will not loan on the car like Alex said it would. Mountain America WILL NOT lend the fool amount on a branded or rebuilt vehicle. He said to take these papers into the bank and everything will be fine. Well it's not fine. He kept saying, "If you have a good working relationship with they will lend 100%. I can literal reference hundreds of times this has worked." That's right blame us for your error in not taking us they would only lend at 60% at best. If you've encountered this over one hundred times you knew this would happen and you said NOTHING! I asked the credit union about this statement, they said that's illegal. My wife's credit is down almost 60 points thanks to these individuals.
