I’ve had a horrible experience with the service department. They have lied about the status of my navigator. It sat at the deslsberip while “parts were ordered.” We were told parts had been received and it would be 2-3 days. We called for an update on day 3 and were told that someone got injured while working on the car. Flash forward 6 days later, I called to get an update and was told by someone else the part hasn’t been received yet. No one wants to answer the phone and explain to me what is going on….

Our truck blew a high pressure radiator hose a thousand miles from home and after calling around, these guys were the only ones that said they could get it fixed that day or possibly the next. When we got there, not only did they have both parts that we needed in stock but the tech was very very nice and had us back on the road in about an hour. Everyone we spoke to was very kind. They could have easily told us that they were so backed up with other repairs like the other dealerships, but they didn't and for that we are forever thankful.
