Labadie Toyota in Bay City is one of the best dealerships I've ever worked with. I've purchased 2 pre-owned vehicles from them and cannot say enough about the amazing sales team. Their team listens and understands your needs, are friendly and make car buying fun. Justin, Cody and team were absolutely wonderful. They also have an excellent service department. Absolutely go buy that new Toyota or used or certified pre-owned from these guys. They will not let you down. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Full of lies. First my oil change emptied half or more of the oil on my new concrete when I returned home, then they told me the oil filter gasket was bad..funny there was no oil on the filter. Oil leak was on opposite side. An employee promised to come and clean the concrete today..the day is half over,not a word. They won't see me again.

I was referred to Tony and Nigel from a few friends. As a single Mom I didn't know exactly what my 16 year old son wanted except it was a convertible. After spending a lot of time with Tony he help me realize that the car my 16 year old son wanted was maybe not the right choice at this particular time in his life. Tony informed me that the insurance rates would be quite high, the price of the car was over my budget, and most importantly that a 16 year old with very little driving experience might not be the best idea to put him into a fast rear wheel drive vehicle living in Michigan. After much consideration and talking over with my friends Tony was 100% right and I am very thankful that he took the time to discuss all of my options and I am 100% satisfied with the purchase I made. most importantly my son loves his new car. Thank you Tony!!!!! I will recommend Tony and Sovereign Auto Group to all of my friends and family.

Don, Operations General Manager. 5/20/23 - Don agreed that I put a refundable deposit hold on a car. Don told me it was $500 but charge me $520. 5/24/23 - went to look at car and was not in the conditions Don advertised and said over the phone. Don told me car has no rust or mechanical issues. Rust everywhere underneath the car, oil pan and head gaskets leaking oil. Don still pressured me to buy and assure the car is fine even though its leaking oil and pretty rusty underneath. I did not purchase and requested my deposit. Call, text and email with no response. Don Kerride is ignoring me and took my refundable deposit of $520.
