Dominic and Chad were both friendly and helpful and even stayed late to help us with our needs on a Saturday. I would recommend them and this dealership to anybody in my family or friend group when looking to purchase, trade in, or even sell a vehicle. They do it all!

In the last 10 years I have purchased close to 30 vehicles and my experience with Kayser ranks at the top. I dealt mainly with Brent, but also Brandon and Adam and all three were great. This was a distance purchase so all 3 went out of their way to make sure all my needs and questions were taken care of in a timely fashion. There were no games most dealers like to play, constant communication, good lease price on the vehicle, and they even sent a driver to pick me up since I lived 2 hours away from the dealership. It doesn't get better than that. Other dealerships could take a page or two from the Kayser Sales playbook. A+++

I can not say enough about how awesome my whole experience with AutoConnectionZ was! The physical location is called Jim O’Connor Select Auto. That is exactly what it is, select. After arriving to have a test drive, I noticed that every single vehicle on the lot was super clean. The 2019 Honda Odyssey I purchased looked, and drove, like it was brand new. From the first email to driving off the lot was nothing short of professionalism and courtesy at it’s finest. I was given a more than fair amount on my trade in, which I wasn’t planning on doing until Jim made me an offer. The price I paid was roughly 10K less than the ones I was finding in Chicago that were no where near as in great condition. During our conversations, I was told that if they didn’t have the exact vehicle I was looking for that Geoff would have found it for me. Look no further if you want a great deal and an excellent experience.

From shopping there November 2025. Sales staff (Jordan and Eric) were great. I went in to look at one car they had in particular, but wasn't planning on buying from this dealer. Between the 2 sales staff, they gave me a price on a car that had everything my wife and I wanted, and that matched the price on a different one that I'd looked at that was 2 years older at another dealer. BUT!!! The finance manager (Alec?) was rude/obnoxious and insolent, wouldn't take "No" for an answer (6 times) when I tried to refuse the overpriced extended warranty (the car itself still has factory warranty on it). Even after I said I was going to cancel the sale if he didn't respect my "No", he still tried one more time. I didn't get the extended warranty because I know the dealers add a generous amount to the actual cost of them. I've only met one other finance manager this bad, and I will never do business with that dealer again. Not sure if I'd buy from Janesville Subaru or not, definitely not if Alec was the one to process the deal.

Reggie was so engaging, professional and efficient. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. We brought in a 2015 RAV4 for detailing and when we got it back it looked like a brand new car. It was shiny on the outside and spotless on the inside. We inquired about future service the car needs and found the prices to be very competitive. That combined with the quality of the work done and Reggie's exemplary customer service has convinced us to bring all of our future repairs to Nissan Lake Country.

The only thing I wish that would’ve happened was the extra coverage would’ve been an option for an add on. Car had a dent right above right rear wheel when I bought it, I figured no big deal its a used car. Come to find out the strut on that side is bent and the alignment is all messed up. The refuse to do anything because it's been 3 months. The only dent is the one when I bought it and multiple sources said you would get a dent with that hard of a hit. Therefore the damage was there at purchase and they either missed it on inspection or knowingly sold it like that. Regardless I would highly discourage from buying from them, they clearly don't stand behind their vehicles.
