I'm with everybody else if I could give them less than - Naomi

I'm with everybody else if I could give them less than one star. I would complete unprofessional, customer service. I reminded of this every time I drive my car. I went there specifically out of town to get a car that was on their lot. And traded in my car with a few issues, very minor but was honest with them, they sold me the car I wanted, and the tires had been cupping. There were some shock issues, or are some shock issues. And they just sent me down the road, very unprofessional. They leave their decision up to a very unhappy service manager that couldn't get along with another service manager within the shop. The whole thing is just a very immature run business. They're all grandfathered in, and it is very, very sad. They're riding on the coattails of their family

I traded in my car and gave me $4,000 less than Kelly - Horacio

I had a terrific experience working with Dahl. I ordered a truck 6 months ago, when it arrived we had some issues with colors and with financing. Dahl was quick to offer a solution and pay for the cost to change the colors. They were really understanding and easy to work with on getting approved for a business loan on a new business with limited history. Couldn't recommend them more!

We did our research and drove lots of SUVs 🚙 over the last week. That being said, Matthew and the team at Rhinelander Jeep rolled out the red carpet for us. Nothing but top notch sales experience and truly a hometown feeling. They took care of all our needs and were on top of everything. We took home a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited. Could not be any happier with this amazing SUV. I highly recommend Matthew Halvorson.
