Have a 2024 RAV 4. - Wastingtime

Have a 2024 RAV 4. Want to keep a long time so I change oil every 5000 not 10000. Took in for for 10000 mile oil change. Got home and later in the day found 1/2 qt of oil on garage floor. Had to drive back to dealer and wait 30 minutes for them to tighten bolt left loose, top off oil, and clean undercarriage. Unbelievable their technician left the oil change bolt loose! Manager apologized but we could have done serious damage to our vehicle if we had been running errands, left on a trip, or didn't notice the puddle on our garage floor!!

I have driven Toyota Camry’s for the past 25 years. This was the worst sales and financing experience I have had. I live 5 hrs anway and bought the car online. The day I went to pick up the car our sales person was too busy helping other people, we finally went and asked him for the second set of keys so we could leave. The Finance Department was not forward about what I was paying for in taxes and assured me I was paying no further fees or my person property taxes. It took me almost a month of constant hounding the dealership to get an accurate description as to what my money went to. When I finally received the paperwork, I had financed my personal property taxes, not knowing and I had fees that equaled approximately $375 that I was not informed about. In fact I was told the only fees I had the day of the sale was the $299 in fees to the dealership. The people were nice but they did not provide accurate information and I question if it was dishonesty or not knowing and they were not helpful with providing the needed information after the sale was finalized. Nor were they very interested in assisting with what was being asked.

I love my car and I am so glad I had Alton Toyota to help me through what is usually a stressful experience for me. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car.
