It was a tedious task for the service department to get the problem resolved. They were able to get it working as new. He was wonderful, respectful, and never made me feel like I was being pushed to by. He got me in the vehicle I wanted and at the price I wanted. Got this car less then 30 days and the car was filthy. The car had the check engine light on and we called to inform our salesman. He said to bring the car up and he would get the car detailed and fix the check engine light. Went on Thursday and Jeff was not there but the GM Dan was and they said they couldn’t do the detail because it would take 3-4 hours. The Gm said he would talk to Jeff and call back the next day which was a Friday. We have called several times and they keep taking messages yet GM Dan hasn’t called me back but Jeff keeps trying to block us from handling this situation. We’re following up as the GM Dan told us but everytime we call he’s either in a “meeting” or with “a customer”. Jeff has tried to stop us from talking to the GM and even lied on my partner stating they detailed the car when they came to have the check engine light reset. Still no calls returned and Jeff keeps lying putting others in his lie and he wasn’t there. All of them are vultures and want your money. Jeff harassed me the whole week of me buying the car just to give me a car that wasn’t cleaned out properly. We just want them to fix what they said they would fix. Jeff has swindled us out of money and he didn’t even make sure his ducks were in a row.

My brother purchased a used vehicle from AutoCenters Nissan in Herculaneum, Missouri approximately 5 months ago. At the time of sale, he was explicitly told by dealership staff that the vehicle had no prior damage or body work. This assurance was a key factor in his decision to purchase the vehicle. Recently, he noticed the front bumper pops out while driving at highway speeds. Concerned, he took the car to a certified Kia dealership for inspection. Their technicians informed him that they would not repair the bumper under warranty because there is evidence of previous body work—work that he never authorized or had done. When he returned to AutoCenters Nissan to inform them of this and request that they cover the cost to fix the bumper, they refused to take responsibility, stating it is no longer their problem. This is despite the fact that he was sold the vehicle under the representation that it had no body damage or repairs.
