My daughter took in her 17 Ford Fusion for repairs under an extended warranty because the speakers in her 17 Ford Fusion were not working. Of course, 5 minutes after she picked up her Fusion, she called and said her speakers still don't work. You'd think we'd be mad, right? Well, no, because I called Service Advisor Michael this morning. He was kind, compassionate, understanding, listened, apologized, and assured me he will handle the repairs and get with the tech. Things happen in life, but it's how people react when the things happen that tells the true story. Michael is a calm, amazing, true professional who will listen and get things handled! I wish I could tag Michael in this review, but his profile is not listed under the service staff.

SUPERIOR is a good one-word description of this Service Dept. I dealt with Shelby to order the parts plus schedule the work on the cars, and Alex during the repair procedures. Please keep in mind, I have been disappointed all too often. I manage a fleet of vehicles about 40 miles away from Siloam Springs. We have two Ford dealers located much closer, but they lack the simple technique of "taking care of the customer". I was impressed with the way that this Service Dept works in conjunction with the Parts Dept. 1) I told them my problem, 2) they took the info on the car, 3) ordered the part, 4) scheduled me to bring it in, and 5) completed repairs above my expectations. Wow, what a concept! Attention: "All Other" Ford Dealers--- This is how you do business! The folks in Siloam Springs should not take this place for granted... they are a local treasure! Thanks and keep up the great work!

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Bret, our salesman was extremely nice and polite.Tim Ditonto also helped us with vehicle stats and the carfax history. They were honest upfront and never acted like we were burdensome. Michele Gaines went above and beyond to help us get the financing and payment that would fit us. Had oil changed on Wednesday, I think, and scheduled the brake work for Thursday. Dealership was kind enough to deliver vehicle to my work site. When I took the car out Friday morning, I was a bit unnerved to find a lug nut on the floor of my garage. I checked all the lug nuts on the vehicle, and they seemed to be fine. The service manager checked with the technician, who said a nut was missing when the car came in. My guess is the nut was loose from the tire rotation two days earlier and came off sometime between the oil change and the brake job.

I bought a new car in July 2026. They were friendly and helpful when buying. Once i left dealer and had questions i called and had a hard time reaching anyone to talk to. When i reached someone they said they would research and get back to me. No one called me back including my salesman. I tried to call to talk to who owner or ran dealership, left message and no one called me back. I was supposed to get a military rebate . The salesman told me it was $1,000, but was $500. Since i didn't have a trade-in they said i had to go online to apply for it. I did but could not sign in. Contacted rebate program, they tried to help me sign in but couldn't, then they said they couldn't help me so didn't receive rebate. I think the program is a scam.They were not helpful at all. I would never recommend them to anyone. Worst dealer i have ever dealt with. Would not recommend them to anyone.
