My family usually only buys GM Vehicles due to our GM family discount but wanted something different this time. Elliot was our sales person. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Jim Huggins also helped us and was very professional and helpful as well. These two members of your staff made us feel welcomed but did not pressure us to make any decisions. Many times I have had experiences where I have left a car lot and not purchased strictly because I felt very pressured or unimportant! This was not the case with our recent purchase. We plan to have our Volvo S60 for some time but when we do buy again we will come back to Holmes European Motors! We would like to thank Elliot, Jim and all the staff at Holmes!!
