Overall very good experience buying a car from Norm Reeves. The only misunderstanding happened around the financing. While we came with an approved loan for the same vehicle, a new application was submitted to the same bank, which ultimately got rejected. The bank suggested that the existing application number should have been used by the dealership. The dealership should sort this out to properly address such cases in the future.

Reached out looking for an Ioniq sel and had the displeasure of dealing with Brent billingley. He was absolutely rude. I asked him whether he could sell at a particular price. Instead of providing his best price he started arguing with me that my price was unreasonable. Even when I shared similar priced cars at further away dealership in texas he kept arguing with me that the other dealership was lying. Eventually I got tired and moved on. I bought the vehicle same day from autonation Hyundai north Richland hills who not only met my price but had the smoothest purchase experience. Sales people like Brent are more interested in arguing than making a quick sale.

Had a great experience purchasing a new Santa Fe from Carter County Hyundai. Came late on a Friday night and they were extremely friendly and happy to have us look without any sense of rush. Came back the next day and they had the cars we wanted to look at again pulled up and ready to go for us. The paperwork/finance portion was the most efficient and easy going that I've ever had purchasing a car. Met everyone from our great salesman to the owner of the dealership. Octavius and Camron were super to work with as was the general manager. Never felt like they were pressuring or misleading us. Would definitely return for next purchase.

A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience.
