The sales person, RYLEE PARKER xxxx in there was very helpful in deciding whether to buy a Hyundai Sonata or not she showed me a white Hyundai Sonata and I have figured out that it was the type of car I wanted, but I need specific parameters in the sale, I was looking for a limited edition, Hyundai Sonata, hybrid, black, and color black interior with rubber mats for the floor because I have a gravel road and she was able to accommodate me what I wanted, they had to go to another place to get the car but she delivered it to my house by 7 PM. This young lady is a very responsible individual. She is very helpful very kind and she was able to accommodate everything I wanted. I want to thank her very much for what she did for me. First of I want to say, I was sceptical about this dealership in town. When I got here it was nothing like what I had heard or read. It was a very plesant. Randy was warm and great with my family. A true meaning of customer service. He was great with the kids and did not get impatient with us. When we got back to finance Mo was amazing he educated us on some more of the finacial services. Needless to say we left with ease and comfort in our decision to purchase from Granbury Nissan depite what we were told. Definatly worth seeing for yourself.

Sales reps and even sales managers not knowing car models, just sad. Luckily I was buying new and just moved down the highway to a better deal all the way around.

I brought my car in because the gauges were fluctuating. They recommended me to get a new transmission for $7500 with the labor being $225 per hour. I declined it. I went back to my shop got a newer transmission for five grand was having the same issue. They trying to tell me now that that transmission is bad. How are you a dealership but can't figure out what the problem is terrible service they just want your money would not recommend go somewhere else go to a different Chevy dealership. The only good thing they offer is a shuttle ride home and they refilled my gas after they used half a tank trying to figure out what the problem is just to try to tell me that the transmission I just put in was bad update: different dealership said same thing but both dont know what the issue is but i wanted to publicly apologize for a xxxxty review. just frustrating neither one can pinpoint exactly what the problem is. i appreciate the work yall both do. i would recommend jerry chevy and any other dealership to service you car
