I didn’t for their practice of listing a price, then when I came in, they wanted to add a nearly $2.5k cleaning & reconditioning fee to get it ready for sale. It made any negotiation on the price a moot point, so much so that even the lender questioned the value. Other than that, Mr Powell’s quality of service was very good and has continued to follow up even after the sale. The dealership overall was friendly.

I wrote a review a few days ago about my experience at Vw. I never thought anyone actually read the reviews and cared about a bad experience. Well I would like to say I was wrong. The same day I was reached out to by the manager and so was my husband. They apologized for what I went thru and let me tell you they made it right. I'm happy to say that someone took the time to make sure not only that I was happy but so was my husband. It made my day to feel like I was heard. Thank you
