I worked with Sales Associate Gavin and Manager Simone to purchase a used 2023 Camry. I verbally denied all optional packages, but my sales contract included both Sky Force ($1495) and MVP VSC Vehicle Protection Plan ($3600). I completed a Service Contract Cancellation form in regard to the Vehicle Protection Plan, and I am hoping to receive full reimbursement. But I am told the Sky Force (vehicle tracker) is installed on the vehicle and is not optional. My contract wording states: "The following goods and services ar e NOT required as a condition to obtaining financing terms for the purchase of the Vehicle. Optional Theft Deterrent Device(s) :(1) Sky Force SVR Used. In speaking to Simone, I am not given the option of cancelling Sky Force. This dealership has a Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating of D+.
