I have been with Fremont Chevrolet since 2016. I know going to the dealer can be a bit pricey. But I go to the dealer because I bought my cars from there and that is where I feel I will get the best service. I bought a Spark in 2016 and then traded it in 2024 for a 2020 Tahoe. One of my favorite cars. Though it came with a few surprises, I love it. Chevrolet Service department took care of it right away because my sales agent knew I really wanted this car. I love the Fremont Chevrolet team and will miss them. We have a great relationship. Hope to see you when I come back to visit Cali. Have to find a new Chevrolet on the east coast now🫶🏽

there service is the worst, I asked the service advisor to call with questions or up dates, in the two weeks the truck was there i called 5 or 6 times, not one return call, they replaced two parts that were not related to the problem and when i did pick up the truck there was so much bird poop on the windshield i couldn't see to drive, the topper was as soon as i got on the road the check engine light came back on, I went back, the advisers advise was to keep driving the truck the light will probably go off, I have be a GM customer from 3 or 4 different owners of this dealer, some good some not so good but Premier is by far the worst of them all,i will not be going back

We learned soon after buying our Chevrolet Volt never to go to the Putnam dealer in Burlingame California. But we had no choice when the charger port stopped communicating with the car and we couldn't charge the battery except by driving on gas in mountain mode. No non Chevrolet auto shops can deal with the Volt software. Dropped off the car Monday 715am by appointment paid for a $450 diagnostic and heard nothing back all day. Repeated calls to them are answered by a live person but immediately routed to a full voicemail. After frustrations finally convinced the guy answering to let me talk to someone who then said we needed a $500 software update.Of course they did not start any work saying they needed our approval which they did not try to contact us to get and now it was too late in the day. Next day again heard nothing and same run around with the phone. I can hear groups of people laughing in the background before they switch me to the dreaded full voicemail box again. Two days without a car, no courtesy cars available which isn't surprising at a place with no courtesy. Basically I can't take it anymore- I'm abandoning the car and riding my bike and train to work. Hate them will never buy a car sold by Chevrolet dealership again!!! By the way I also had a failed appointment first at the dealer in Redwood City, I arrived and they said they can't do the software work (that I booked) after all on a Friday as the head office support isn't reliable on Fridays. That dealer is in the middle of nowhere and also with no courtesy cars, shuttles or transit near. User's recommendation: Avoid buying a car from Chevrolet in the California Bay Area Peninsula.

On 4/2/24 I brought my 2018 Corvette Z06 in for Service where I was met by Jason Mejia Service advisor. I informed him that I was having issues with the car overheating also with my exhaust, it rattles when turning the engine off And a problem with the trunk not staying locked. Jason advised me that if I buy the 45,000 mile scheduled maintenance service all these issues will be inspected for me ,so that’s what I did. pretax total was $2025 dollars. only to be called days later and told to pay $270 to inspect The trunk and another $270 just to inspect the rattling at the back of the exhaust, I asked to speak to a manager by the name Gabe, who went back-and-forth with me about what is an inspection and what is a diagnostic Gabe then came back and told me right off hand that the rattling was a torque tube. Also, I needed a brand new trunk latch. I opted to get the trunk latch fixed and deal with the small rattle on a later date that’s another $700 added to the existing $2000 owed for scheduled maintenance. car should be ready on Wednesday, on Thursday.about 10:00am They called and said the car is ready. I stood in the dealership almost an hour still no car, Finally the car shows upfront Half washed and soaking wet. SMH as I’m leaving the dealership I noticed that the bottom half of my dash board was hanging off. I went back into the Place And told Jason about The issue, (note) the whole time I was there, Jason would not come out and deal with me. Although I kept asking for him, and the place was Practically empty there was me and another customer at the time that I was there. he was clearly avoiding me .They simply made me pay for my car and just gave me the keys, no explanation as to what was done or anything. Jason must’ve thought I was gone he wasn’t expecting me to come back in so fast, and that’s how I ran into him and told him the issue. he came out, looked at the car and told me his technicians didn’t Touch the dash board, which didn’t make sense to me. I didn’t bring my car in with the dash board hanging out, Also, this is exactly where the trunk button is located where the dash was hanging off smh, when I ask Jason how are you so quick to Say what the Technicians Have done to my car ? he replied that I’m being disrespectful for asking these questions. I never said anything disrespectful to Jason, nor was I cursing or saying anything threatening to him. I asked to see the manager several times and no one would get the manager to me. Jason asked for my keys and 10 minutes later he was back with my car and the dashboard intact. No explanation as to what happened. No apologies to me just said my technician fixed the issue. (remember) he just Swore to me his technicians never touched My Dash board smh … when confronted about this, he wouldn’t answer just said they fixed it. Other service people that were in the office were giggling and laughing, which I didn’t find anything funny About all of the thousands of dollars that I’m paying for the service that I’m receiving! As I’m driving home a light comes on in my car, saying rear axle service which again under this 45,000 miles scheduled maintenance. It says performed differential fluid exchange service for rear axle. WOW! Now it’s the end of the week Friday and I have to take my car back in for this issue. Also, I cannot leave out the fact that Now that they fix the trunk latch, my trunk doesn’t go down smooth and quiet as it used to now when I close the trunk it’s a hard bang then it locks SMH Hopefully the manager will come and talk to me today. I don’t recommend anyone to take their vehicle to FH daily Chevrolet. Customer service is outlandishly terrible. Just bad, bad, bad customer service.

This dealer is a nightmare to deal with. They took six weeks to pay off my trade-in, causing me to make a payment on a car I no longer owned. Everytime I called they would lie and state that the check had been sent to the bank. I dealt with the owner Robin Groth-Hill who was rude and an outright liar. I guess that is typical in car sales. I will never buy anything from this dealer again.

Inept and unprofessional. Ordered an integrated cargo liner for the third row and back cargo area. I originally ordered the part online but ordered the wrong part, that was on me. Service rep ordered the "right part". Came back when part came in. Waited 1.5 hours for install. They laid an all-weather mat down over my WeatherTech mat. Took them 1.5 hours for that....seriously. Asked why it took so long to put a mat in (even though it was the wrong item) and I was told that there were so many other people there. Then why make appointments?!? The lack of knowledge by both the service department and the service representative is mind-blowing and the customer service is horrendous. Took 25 minutes for a refund. Manager just sat in his office while I complained, didn't bother to come address the situation. Deserves less than one star.

Sales and manager were real no strings and we made a quick good deal. Just beinformed before you go and do your research. Chevrolet top store for a Silverado is Here and I'm still happy 7 months later with them. My truck I got with them is a 2017 Silverado Crew 2wd v6 flexfuel with convenient package. No extras. The only thing I got after was a heavy duty tow package 3 months later at a good price too. Took a long time to install but was worth the wait. That is what it was like for me.😎
