Jeff was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to do some research for us and answered numerous questions before we ever stepped foot at the dealership. His honest and upfront approach immediately won us over. Once at the dealership the process was so smooth and easy. We are not people who enjoy car shopping and definitely not the haggling experiences we have had in the past. We dreaded having to do it again. This entire experience was like calling up a friend, asking for help, and getting exactly what you hoped for. Now that we have found Jeff and the Landmark family, we won’t be using another dealer.

I have purchased my trucks from this dealership for over 30 years (before it was Hannah). The service has always been great. This time my "bulletproof"m 2021 F350 threw a code and a DEF warning. Made my appointment online but showed up a day early I was so concerned. Hannah was awesome. Dylan, my service advisor, was professional, knowledgeable and flexible. They fixed my issue (sensor), performed a couple of things I wanted done and finished up in a day. I have always been extremely satisfied and confident in their work

Zero stars. Easily the worst customer service experience that I have ever have had. It took three months to diagnose, make an attempted repair (that didn't work) and then repair my daily driver 2019 F-150. The customer service stopped taking and/or returning my calls several times while they had me truck. The estimated prices for the repair changed, ultimately costing $2000 more than originally quoted. When they finally got the vehicle repaired, it was sitting in their lot for 2 months. They returned me a filthy vehicle which must have been outside for 2 months covered in bird droppings. They could not process a DEBIT CARD payment, which they harassed me about, accusing me of having insufficient funds for, which I didn't. Nobody on this staff seems to be in the least bit professional. I would never recommend this establishment. Thanks for the 3 month nightmare. I went here because it was a "Ford Dealership", what a frustrating experience, and no loaner vehicles, awesome.

Chuck Colvin Ford: A March 2024 Nightmare from Start to Finish My recent ordeal with Chuck Colvin Ford in March 2024 was nothing short of a nightmare, marked by atrocious customer service, a rushed process, and a blatant disregard for my concerns. From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership, I was met with indifference and a palpable sense of disinterest from the sales staff. To make matters worse, the salesman, Tim, bombarded me with texts in the days leading up to my visit, creating an atmosphere of pressure and obligation. It felt as though I was being coerced into making a purchase rather than being guided through a thoughtful and considerate sales process. Once I arrived at the dealership, any semblance of professionalism went out the window. The sales staff seemed more interested in their own conversations than attending to my needs as a customer. As I expressed interest in a used vehicle, I was hurried through the process with little regard for ensuring my satisfaction or addressing any concerns I had. The paperwork was thrust in front of me without explanation or opportunity for verification. It was clear that the dealership's priority was closing the deal as quickly as possible, with no consideration for the customer's peace of mind. What's more, not once was I asked if I wanted any additional features or add-ons for the vehicle. It was as if my preferences didn't matter; all that mattered was getting me out the door with a signature on the dotted line. In hindsight, my experience with Chuck Colvin Ford in March 2024 was a cautionary tale of what happens when profit takes precedence over customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to think twice and explore alternative options. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by steering clear of this dealership.
