This is the second car we have purchased from this dealership. We are very happy with both experiences. We were helped by Luis who was friendly and on top of everything. I felt that he was understanding and representing our needs both with the vehicle we wanted and by making things easy while working with the dealership. He called himself a "customer advocate" and I believe that he lived up to the name. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a vehicle. In addition, Andy, the finance person was wonderful as well. We came in with a pre-approved loan option but he checked to see if it was the best deal for us. He found a loan for us that was at least 2 interest points lower than the deal we had walking in. I will absolutely go back to this dealership for future purchases. Thanks Guys!!

They never rushed us in making such a big decision as to which model we wanted and were friendly and helpful. Since this is our first Subaru, we had lots of questions.

Earlier I posted a negative review on how I was treated by a salesman named Justin Alger who did treat me with disrespect and was very pushy with a lot of pressure to buy an older Toyota Tundra with 190 thousand miles on it and he tried to force me to buy it with high pressure tactics which I for one hate. My wife was there to pick me up and witnessed what Justin was doing. The sales Manager Ted Mikel's was also trying to make a deal with me not knowing how Justin was treating us, so I felt I was being pressured by both Justin and ted. But I realized Ted didn't see how Justin was acting towards us, and I left a negative review for the whole dealership because at the time I was upset at the way I was treated by Justin. I was wrong to write a negative review about the dealership as a whole and do apologize to the owner Brad, Ted and the rest of the staff at Grants Pass Toyota, for the rest of the staff have been friendly and kind to us for the rest of them have been good to us and have made every effort to give us a good deal. I do recommend Highly Grants Pass Toyota and I hope Justin will show more respect towards potential customers and have more patience rather than High Pressure tactic.

I bought a used Outback from KFS that I planed on using a lot in the forest for recreation. The sales person, Desiree, was great. Everything else was terrible. They didn't disclose an accident where there was a clear, very poor repair. I had assumed there was because of the price, but didn't know for sure until I pulled the front bumper facia. They tried to sell it with dangerously worn tires, and calmed they didn't notice (on a car they had in their possession for 6 months. I heard noises after about 9 months - Then I replaced both tire rod assemblies. The extended warranty I bought (because I suspected SOME problems, again due to the pricing) was void due to their dereliction of duty as an agent. I paid $1300 for repairs, and ended up canceling the EW for a $1K loss. They had a "no mask" policy, this was fall 2021. I certainly won't be buying an Outback Wilderness from them.

My wife and I recently mad an offer on a 2013 Honda Civic sedan. They were asking 13,000, we agreed on 12,500 and went to sign the contract. We went in an office and the finance manager showed us a paper that had the deal itemized. 12,500 + a warranty for 2,300 that equaled 15,000 and change due to the warranty and DMV costs. The finance manager told us that the only way they can sell us the car for the agreed price of 12,500 was if we bought a 2,300.00 warranty because they wouldn’t make any money on the deal. So they wouldn’t sell us the car for the agreed on price of 12,500.00. Very unethical to agree on a price then not sell said car unless you buy a 2,300.00 warranty ! Beware beware beware of Medford Voltzwagon, Medford BMW or Medford Nisan. They are all owned by the same owner.

Bought 2nd vehicle. 1st one I put new motor in. Day I bought 2nd did not make it home before engine light came on. I bet they reset light no concern for safety of buyer. Immediately report in the following morning car in shop I wanted my down given back or a reliable vehicle. It was denied for four weeks my 18 year old had to pay 400 on insurance on vehicle not in our possession to use. Chevrolet dealer needed to reprogram brain of car then the Sole Savers manager said he undo the deal three weeks later still waiting for that to take place. Called today no return call. I called for my attorney to look into this manner and made complaint to BBB.

These guys are crooks. Do not do business with these guys under any circumstance. Brody, Brent and Dave were dishonest at every opportunity. I bought a car on a Saturday with 70,000 miles on it and brought it back on Monday with transmission problems. Their mechanic Byron took a ride with me, told me it was normal because it's a "double clutch". The transmission continued to slip until it stalled out on mcandrews on Thursday and completely stalled out on Friday on hwy 62 forcing me to have to pull off the road, beyond unsafe. I immediately took it to the mechanic who said I needed a new transmission. The owner, Brody called me and told me he would make it right. Mind you, by this time i had only driven the car about 100 miles. The car spent a week in my possession and another with the mechanics. I went back to trade it as Brody said he would. He proceeded to attempt to sell another piece of junk with a airbag light on a few thousand dollars above blue book and was now offering 2000 less than i paid the week before on trade in. He told me he had to pay his people and i got the use of the car. His sad sack routine of he isn't making any money off either deal was incredibly insulting. He already ripped me off and fully intended to screw me further. VERY DISHONEST CROOKS AND LIARS. DO NOT GO HERE, GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.
