Best car-buying experience ever! - John and Amber

Best car-buying experience ever! Frank was absolutely wonderful! He was attentive without ever being pushy, incredibly knowledgeable, and so helpful throughout the entire process. Honestly, everyone at the dealership was amazing! They were friendly, funny, engaging, and even remembered us from our previous visits, which made the whole experience feel that much more personal. From start to finish, we felt welcomed and taken care of. I genuinely cannot think of a single thing they could have done better. Buying a car should always be this enjoyable! Highly recommend Frank and the entire team!

Purchased a Raptor Ranger that I saw on line for sale at - gotlimit88

Purchased a Raptor Ranger that I saw on line for sale at Pierre. Made the phone call and made a deal over the phone. had a three hour drive to go get the truck where I was met with the truck out front and was Gabriel Walker...very courteous and informative. It seemed like the time between the test drive and actually going in to fill out the paper work was a bit lengthy. Paperwork department was very nice and got thru that in no time. The follow up(s) with Gabriel has be beyond the call of duty...good job to Gabriel.

I have just purchased from Leskovar Mitsubishi Dealership - hj_mjelliott

I have just purchased from Leskovar Mitsubishi Dealership the 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander (PHEV) SEL-S-AWC Black Diamond Limited Edition and it not only looks absolutely stunning but is proving to be just sensational inside and out! My sales assistants were Rose & Samantha both were beyond helpful and at all times very respectful and courteous from the very start to the finish, they negotiated with me a more than fair price for my trade in vehicle too. (almost matching my Carvana on-line offer) the finance guy was also super knowledgeable and very helpful and he got us a fantastic 2:9% interest rate deal over 48 months! My wife and I could not be happier and we have absolutely zero hesitation (- 5 Stars all day long) at all in recommending this car dealership to any future perspective purchaser looking for any of the superb 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV models that are available! I was visiting from out of town when the engine light on - johnf

I was visiting from out of town when the engine light on my 2013 Hyundai Accent came on. I checked the vitals — all good — and the car was running/driving fine. But didn't want to drive home to Pullman with the light still on. I took the vehicle to O'Reily for a free scan — no results. Decided to visit Speck Hyundai down the street. The service I received there was EXCEPTIONAL. The service lady greeted me warmly, talked to me while I waited for the technician, and when the technician did arrive, he diagnosed the car quickly, solved the light issue, and ensured me the car was safe to drive — and no charge. I could not be more pleased with my visit, the service and attention I received, and I will always HIGHLY recommend Speck Hyundai in Tri-Cities. Thank you!

My wife and I recently purchased a new Honda Odyssey from - jeffkrugermobile

My wife and I recently purchased a new Honda Odyssey from Underriner in Walla Walla. We live in Tricities, about an hour away. The deal was largely done before we went to the dealership to pick it up. They made it SO easy and stress free. They valued our trade (very fair) and found the color combination we wanted and got it in. Jarod the sales manager and Jason in sales were both exceptional to work with. This is a family-owned dealership, which is always our preference. They work very hard to provide a no pressure, hassle free experience. It's getting hard to find dealerships like this that actually value their customers and go the extra mile to make sure they have a great experience. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new Honda or used vehicle give Underriner an opportunity to earn your business and trust.

We’ve purchased three vehicles from Excalibur and I can - Elizabethnava2427

We’ve purchased three vehicles from Excalibur and I can honestly say they’ve earned our trust. Jon Howell is our sales guy and he’s amazing. He’s super responsive, patient, and works HARD to get you what you want. And trust me… I’m needy 🤣 I ask 100 questions, want service history, details, ALL the things, and he always delivers without ever making me feel annoying. I also love that I can literally just text Jon and he always responds and provides whatever I’m asking for. That kind of communication and support matters SO much. Example: I bought my Audi and when I got home I realized the heater wasn’t really working right. No drama, no weird attitudes. I brought it back and they fixed it at no extra charge. That’s what I respect the most… they just make it right. Period. They truly stand behind what they sell and you don’t see that often anymore. Joe in Finance was awesome… calm, patient, and easy to work with. I’m not the type to just nod and sign… I ask questions and I pay attention 😂 and he handled it with total professionalism. Joe treated me with respect, answered everything clearly, and worked hard to make sure we got a deal that made sense for our family. He even threw in oil changes for one of the cars (which I appreciated a lot). Only complaint is he likes the Cardinals and I’m a Seahawks girl 🙃Also I just love the environment there. It’s welcoming, diverse, and it feels good being there. As a Hispanic woman, it honestly feels comfortable walking in and hearing your language, hearing the music, and just feeling that good energy. Joe had Mexican music playing when I walked into his office and I loved that. It’s the little things. Linda in Service/Body Shop deserves a HUGE shoutout. She is AMAZING. She goes above and beyond, tries to save you money, and makes sure you aren’t paying for anything you don’t need. She helped me through a really stressful time and I’m truly grateful for her. If you’re nervous about buying a used car, go here 😌

Really like how they where realistic with us and we... - ojensen7090

Really like how they where realistic with us and we didn't get any fake salesman pitches which was really nice they have a great sales team. There options for vehicles for sale though, they have a lot of the better models and trim levels and a variety for every need which was really nice when looking for a truck. They also got us a great interest rate and we have low credit that's working its way back up. I recommend for trucks for sure, and they filled up the 36 gallon tank
