Always professional, always courteous, and responsive to the customer. My car was trashed by tropical storm Debbie and Ferman helped through the process with the insurance company and through the replacemen the customer. Slow responding to texts, emails and calls. Took almost a week to complete the transaction. Asked to credit back the deposit to my credit card and was told it was no big deal I could get points Took almost a week to complete the transaction. Asked to credit back the deposit to my credit card and was told it was no big deal I could get points on my card. Later noticed only $2500 of the $2575 was taken off the balance due. When I called back I was told there was a $75 fee to put the deposit on a credit card. It would have been nice to know that when I asked to have the entire amount credited back so I could write the check for the entire amount. I don’t appreciate that kind of customer service. More
