I like Preston, have been with them for decades. Adam Brown? Not so much. I brought my truck in two weeks ago. Never got an estimate, never approved any repairs. Yesterday got a voice me Adam Brown? Not so much. I brought my truck in two weeks ago. Never got an estimate, never approved any repairs. Yesterday got a voice message from Adam brown telling me he was going to charge me for storage on my truck since I had not picked it up. This is really terrible service!!!!! I never got an estimate or approved any repairs, was never told my vehicle was finished and available for pickup. Yet was threatened with storage fees. Ugh, pretty dreadful customer service. Don't get me wrong, I have had a good experience. But Adam Brown? Probably the worst I have ever encountered. I explained all of this to a Preston rep yesterday so with any luck Adam will be taken aside. He needs to think twice before he threatens to charge a good/ great customer for storage when he gave no estimate etc. More
