I had an unbelievable experience at this dealership. The staff with knowledgeable and professional above all else. Carlos, the financial manager there with above and beyond the call of duty to assist me The staff with knowledgeable and professional above all else. Carlos, the financial manager there with above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in purchasing a vehicle. I can’t say enough about the staff Alex was a star player and selling me this vehicle, Gino very personable and made sure I got exactly what I needed And believe it or not the auxiliary staff Sean and Vinnie helped me out as much as they could prepare and paperwork for me and making sure that I feel comfortable the whole time I was there after all it was an eight hour experience. Edison, the Service Manager help me as well to make sure I have a sticker and well oiled and operating machine. Thank you to John and Tania in this business development center for making this all happen. And last, but not least the general manager, Jeff Chandler who stepped on everybody’s toes to make sure I was not disappointed.. Also, Willie make sure my car was spotless, clean fire! Shelley at colonial west, was so amazing and generous. I had a recall on my vehicle and was wondering if I could get it done at their dealership. Since I have a Mazda and they are partners with the Mazda I had a recall on my vehicle and was wondering if I could get it done at their dealership. Since I have a Mazda and they are partners with the Mazda dealership we ended up bringing it there. She went above and beyond and helped me get a tow truck for my car to be towed and and a rental while my car was being serviced. I highly recommend Shelley and Colonial West, if you need any help they are always there for you! More
