After a horrible experience at Paragon Acura, i randomly walked into Rallye Acura to inquire about possibility switching my Honda to an Acura lease. From beginning to end, Alex was amazing. I walked out wit walked into Rallye Acura to inquire about possibility switching my Honda to an Acura lease. From beginning to end, Alex was amazing. I walked out with the Acura i wanted that same day! He even followed up AFTER the purchase. He really took the time to really explain everything and get to know me. I even got my brother to switch his Honda to Acura the following day & will be convincing my other family to switch now! lol. Alex is a keeper and there should be more people like him. The dealership, my sales rep Alex and finance manager handled the deal with professionalism and worked out the deal I wanted for the new car and my trade in. They were transparent and fair throughout the handled the deal with professionalism and worked out the deal I wanted for the new car and my trade in. They were transparent and fair throughout the process. Finance went through all the final numbers for the sale and made sure I understood everything before I left. I was also able to leave with the car the same day. The instructional session I had with the tech was helpful and professional. I also left some important documents in my trade in by accident and they were kind enough to let me know 2 days after I bought the new car instead of discarding them. Definitely had a good experience at the dealership. More

Thomas Ng is very professional. We have been to several car dealerships before heading to Rallye Acura and he was the only one who could answer all the car questions we asked.
