Truck wasn’t cleaned properly. Tires look used. Expected me to come back because they didn’t do what they said they would. The white letters on the tires look like they have been scraped on a curb. I asked a manager that I knew worked at 5 Star Ford in Carrollton, Texas, for an extremely patient agent to work with, and he delivered! While waiting for a pre-owned truck that fit my 'Wish List' to be traded in, I had my agent & really nice managers check in with me on a relaxed yet regular basis to make sure I was still happy during the wait. Any odd questions where always answered even if they had to track down the answer. Then after my dream truck drove in the door... I found out it was just too WIDE for my comfort. Turns out the whole industry changed the standard width of the wheelbase several years ago. So I ended up switch down in truck size to their Ranger. I got just as great of service, and they were STILL willing to go the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The whole feel of the dealership is of competent & relaxed efficiency. They CAN and DO go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the vehicle you select! I was absolutely floored at the extent & quality of their warranty plans. I highly recommend that EVERYONE look into their warranty plans too. They really want you to STILL LOVE your vehicle even after the warranties expire! The quality and variety options were unbelievable GREAT & will more than pay for itself over the life of the plan! More

It all started with a great recommendation from Megan Ramberg, who put me in touch with RJ. RJ threw the sweet alley oop to Jared and it was like watching D Wade throw that famous lob to Lebron. The service was top tier, they went above and beyond to make a dream come true! This cowboy finally got his dream pickup truck! To say I am thankful would be an understatement. Hats off to the whole staff especially Alex, her energy is unmatched and a super special thank you to the GM Trey. If you are the person that reads reviews before you go to a dealership, trust me when I say it.. "The Five Star in Carrollton is the only place you should be getting a Ford from!" That was not a paid advertisement. They make things happen and the service is amazing! More

It’s almost like they intentionally named this place Five Star because that’s exactly what they delivered from a customer experience standpoint ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ x 💯‼️ After doing a lot of research on a new For Star because that’s exactly what they delivered from a customer experience standpoint ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ x 💯‼️ After doing a lot of research on a new Ford Expedition, I thought I was ready to head to a dealership and get it done. What I should have spent more time researching was dealerships, themselves. After spending all of Monday at multiple Ford dealerships in the DFW-area (Bob Tomes and AutoNation Frisco, to be specific) and coming up empty, I was bound and determined to not repeat those experiences on Tuesday. Tuesday morning, the last day of 2019, I was texting with the salesman and planning on dropping by. I had the pleasure of working with Kurt Stalnaker in the Internet Sales department at Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford (Carrollton) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. He was great! He’s personable. He listens to what you want. He’s not afraid to shoot you straight. He’s got no problem trying to get creative. Overall, he’s truly a great person whom you’d be lucky to work with. Now, part of having a great experience in any retail/purchasing experience is getting what you set out to purchase. That’s not lost on me. What’s great is that they weren’t trying to sell me something other than what I wanted/needed. They wanted to figure out how to make it work for all parties. If you’ve ever purchased a vehicle, you understand that it’s never just your salesperson you’re going to interact with. The great news, at least in my experience, was that everyone else I interacted with was, as we at Amazon say, “Customer Obsessed”. Others: • Alexandra “Alex” in the aftermarket and customizations department was as friendly, energetic, passionate, knowledgeable, and helpful as just about anyone I’ve ever interacted with in a retail environment. She hooked me up with some WeatherTech floor liners throughout, and she even had them in stock! Also worth noting, my Expedition had plenty of aftermarket touches before I ever found it online - that’s thanks to Alex! • R.J. is the GSM (General Sales Manager). He, along with the Mike Pisarik (“finance guy”) were instrumental in getting creative. Back story: my mom was the Guarantor on my previous loan, and she’d have to sign off on the trade. Challenge was that she wasn’t able to be there with me. What did they do? They sent a driver 1-hour+ out to Weatherford, TX to meet her and grab a couple signatures! That’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service! • I’d be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge everyone else even though they had no involvement in my actual purchase. They were willing to just have conversations while the process worked itself out. I even got some congratulations from some of them a few hours after our little chat when they found out I was locking my deal up! •• CONCLUSION •• The long & short of this, before you just assume all Ford dealerships are created equally, do your research. It’s important to research: 1. The vehicle you want and the one you’re trading in - sure. I got my numbers from all of the following: Kelly Blue Book, NADA, TrueCar, and Edmunds. 2. It’s a close 2nd to research the dealership. Facebook, Google, Yelp, and even sites like Cars.com give good information on this front. 3. If you’re able, research your sales staff! I didn’t do a lot on this front, but I know Cars.com had individual reviews on the sales team if you wanted to inquire directly with them once your target vehicle is identified. Lucky for you, if you’ve found this, your research on the last two is done! More

I told them what I wanted to pay out-the-door and both sides negotiated in good faith to get to a number we could all say "yes" to. Solid value on my trade. No pressure. No hassles or double-tqlk. I couldn't drive the vehicle away; they had to complete the certification inspection and detailing. It was promised it would be ready in a couple of days (no problem); it was ready the next day. I'll do business with them again. Five stars to my sales guy, Alex Valles, and the management team supporting him. More

We picked one, and were able to get everything taken care of within just an hour or so. We didn't get to drive it home, as we had a few accessories we wanted added - were helped by Alex B. and are so happy with our choices. Everyone we dealt with at Sam Pack Carrollton was a total pleasure, nothing but professionalism and friendliness. We definitely recommend this Ford dealership! More

Also glad to have Alex B on the team to get my windows tinted soon. I was so surprised to find out I could even get a replacement tolltag for my new car right there at their front desk.
