I checked out their inventory, saw the truck I've been trying to get for two years (from other dealers) and made the online inquiry, It was a Sunday so it was Monday morning when Alisha called to set up a test drive and let me know that my name would be on the board when I got there matching me to a Salesperson. I got a call an hour later from Eric who was looking forward to helping me get in to my new Maverick. Although my wife and I were a little late, Eric was accommodating and was waiting to welcome us when we walked through the door! It was an easy sell, I already knew exactly what I wanted, so Eric didn't waste any time helping me get exactly that. Everything about the experience was warm and receptive. They absolutely went the extra mile. I will probably never go to any other Ford Dealer again! These folks succeeded where all other dealerships I went to had completely failed! More

Chris did a wonderful job answering all my questions about the car I was looking at. Even though he was off the clock he was still willing to answer anything. I live out of state and was nervous to buy about the car I was looking at. Even though he was off the clock he was still willing to answer anything. I live out of state and was nervous to buy a car I couldn't actually look at but Chris helped that process go very smoothly. He was willing to FaceTime me to show me the car and sent pictures of under the car within just a few hours. The dealership and Chris set up a couple of drivers to meet me half way to pick up the car so I wouldn't have to make a 16 hour round trip.
