Great cars and even better customer service! My spouse and I were looking to purchase our 4th MB and had recently moved to the area and decided to give Annapolis MB a try. When we walked in we w My spouse and I were looking to purchase our 4th MB and had recently moved to the area and decided to give Annapolis MB a try. When we walked in we were introduced to Derek Nedd who took us into his office. When you walk in you can't help but notice all of Derick's sales awards and various MB models. We quickly discovered why he has accumulated so many awards. Not only does he love the product he sells, he also is continuously educating himself on all the latest models and features and is incredibly knowledgeable. We were interested in the SUV crossover coupe and wanted to know how it compared with our other MB as well as the different SUV models. After getting a better idea of the differences between the models we made our selection. Now came the negotiations - and again Derek was at the top of his game. We walked in knowing what we wanted to pay and gave him our number, which lower than what they had it listed. Derick was not discouraged at all and seemed to take it as a challenge. He left the office to talk with the floor manager and came back a few minutes later and let us know they had figured out a way to make the numbers work. With the deal in place we were off to finance, and again Annapolis MB was on their A game! We were pleasantly surprised when Allen was able to shave a percentage point off our financing deal as well. We signed the paperwork and drove off with our new MB the same day. While we were finishing the paperwork their detail team put the final touches on the car before we drove off. More

Being a BMW customer for years, I felt like it was time for a change & I’m very thankful for our sales rep. He gave me solid intel regarding the car that would be the best fit for her. The staff was very welcoming and the hospitality was superb. Mr.Bowen’s performance was so outstanding that I see myself staying with Mercedes-Benz and getting more cars with them in the near future. Mia greeted us with kindness the moment met. I blurted out our need for a new to us car. It seems that now it is an amusing story. Our best vehicle, 2002 Yukon, had an unfortunate event. I am a massage th out our need for a new to us car. It seems that now it is an amusing story. Our best vehicle, 2002 Yukon, had an unfortunate event. I am a massage therapist, I had put a laundry basket full of fresh out of the dryer sheets into my Yukon and closed the door to its death. The sheets spontaneously combusted. When I opened the door the next morning, I met a yellow powder mess that had totaled the interior. Not to mention the charred ring where the hamper had once been. Mia didn’t laugh. She just said that was the best story she’d ever heard and that she had a solution quick. We filled out finance forms, which I had already pre-approved finance from my credit union. They were able to match the rate. We drove 90 minutes to Annapolis not knowing what kind of car we wanted. I’m sure that can be the worst nightmare to many people. Mia showed us the most perfect car that fit our budget, style and needs. We are so grateful to have Mia as our sales representative, she is truly a great matchmaker. Linda and Adam More

Casey took great care of us. Our old Mercedes had broken down earlier in the week and my husband was on travel. He took the time to show me the car I had inquired about immediately after it became availabl down earlier in the week and my husband was on travel.
