Mike came up with competitive discounts and trade values without my having to go through the ritual haggling on every point and was very efficient in following up on emails and dealing with my questions. It is great to arrive at the dealership knowing that a deal on fair terms is pretty much in place before you get there. Mike will definitely be on my shortlist fo my next car change in 2021! More

I scheduled an appointment to test drive a couple pre-owned vehicles in their inventory. Wayne spent a couple hours with me discussing the features of the car and then we did a test drive. The car I eventually selected was less money than the other, Wayne was quick to point out that the one I selected was indeed the better value. I so appreciated his honesty and will forever trust him. As a side note, Wayne came to my home to pick me up to take me to the dealership to pick up my new car and has offered to come by my home to pair the car to my garage door. He had the finance manager ready with all my paperwork when I arrived for pick up as I had to an appointment that I needed to get to. THAT is the definition of great service! If you are in the market for a Mercedes or another brand on their lot, I highly recommend Mercedes of Annapolis and Wayne Discus. Allen Belcher, the finance manager, was wonderful as well. All in all a great experience! More
